Using a simple two-hit model to account for the difference in chromosome number, and the ratio of break points attributable to translocations and intrachromosomal rearrangements in mammals to estimate the expected number of translocations in nematodes, the failure to observe any validated translocation events in nematodes is highly significant ( p < 0.0001).

All 4 SNPs showed a similar and highly significant (p-value < 0.0001) relationship between SNP count (0, 1, or 2) and bilirubin levels.
Nevertheless, we detected strong highly significant correlations between manual scoring and automated quantification for our classifier ( R 2 = 0.98, p < 0.0001, n = 60) as well as CADABRA ( R 2 = 0.87, p < 0.0001, n = 59) (Fig. 1d ) showing that correlation analysis is not sufficient to evaluate assay performance.
A 2 time (pre- and posttest) × 3 group (2 d, 4 d, 10 d) ANOVA with time as a repeated measure showed this to be highly significant ( F (1,21) = 52.392, P < 0.0001, r = 0.84).
In all cases we found that this enrichment is highly significant at p < 10 -4 .
The correlation we observed was highly significant (for Pearson’s product-moment correlation, P < 0.0001; not reported in the original publication).
The quadratic equation generated from the models ( Figure 2 ) is the following Equation (2): (2) Rupture strength = −71.72 + 19.14A + 15.99B + 3381.93C + 4.78D − 0.43AB + 136.21AC − 0.29AD − 460.12BC + 0.88BD − 79.31CD − 4.30A2 − 32560.72C2 − 0.22D2 − 3.43B2 The compressive strength response surface model was highly significant (F = 22.36, p < 0.0001, Table S3 ), accounting for 91.16% of the total variation ( R 2 = 0.9116, adjusted R 2 = 0.9116, predicted R 2 = 0.834) with a non-significant lack-of-fit ( p = 0.683), confirming the model reliability.
We found a highly significant increase in EPI (8.7-fold, p < 0.0001), NE (7.5-fold, p < 0.0001) and DA (4.0-fold, p < 0.0001) in tissues of 4–5-month-old MENX mutant rats (HYP) vs. age-matched WT rats ( Figure 1 A).
Event-specific cumulative incidence curves were thus estimated from the decomposition of the EFS curves and a computer program (COMPETE) developed at the Institut Gustave-Roussy was used for the calculations. Results obtained using the competing risk approach were compared to the method of ignoring or censoring other events for the data provided here. Results The EFS curves for the three groups are shown in Figure 1. The difference in EFS between the low risk group and both high risk groups was highly significant (P<0.0001).
From a morphometric analysis the number of TZPs in FSH antral follicles (mean number ± SD per 20 μm 2 = 6.80 ± 6.20) appeared reduced in comparison with that found in FCS follicles, and this difference was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) (Table 1 ).
the ‘non-Euclidean’ analysis) yielded a much stronger and highly significant association (Pearson correlation = 0.878; r 2 = 0.772; P < 0.0001) (Figure 3 d).
The M, H, and D variables were common in all three studies, where M and H were highly significant across each measurement in each study ( p < .0001), with the single exception (βTG and MTES3).
A random permutation test indicated that the proportion of variances attributable at all groups were highly significant (p < 0.0001).
ObStruct using Structure output at K = 2 and 8 sampling locations as predefined populations shows these to be strongly correlated ( R 2 = 0.39, P ≤ 0.0001) and using sampling locations with Structure output for K = 4 had a weaker correlation, though still highly significant ( R 2 = 0.27, P ≤ 0.0001).
