The near-significant reduction in yellowness at the highest inclusion level may be explained by reduced dietary carotenoid intake and shifts in lipid deposition, as BSFL contains fewer carotenoid precursors and a different fatty-acid profile than soybean-based diets; however, the overall stability of color parameters aligns with previous reports showing limited effects of BSFL on meat appearance at practical inclusion rates [ 27 , 30 , 31 , 32 ].
In the present study, the transcutaneous delivery of stimulation, applied at motor threshold in a purely sensory nerve injury, may not have provided the selectivity or intensity of fiber activation necessary to trigger these mechanisms. 41 Although age showed a near-significant effect in some models, its overall influence appears limited.
First, although the change in airway volume was minimal, the near-significant increase in cross-sectional area suggests that minimal-area measurements may be more sensitive than global volume in detecting functionally relevant changes, an interpretation supported by previous three-dimensional and CBCT-based studies [ 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 ].
Raloxifene was associated with a statistically significant difference in follicle-stimulating hormone based on a treatment by sex analysis and a trend towards significant differences in prothrombin time and anti-thrombin III (see Supplementary Table S1 for details); however, these statistically significant or near-significant changes with raloxifene treatment were determined to not be clinically relevant.
In contrast, near-significant increases in risk for gallbladder cancer were observed for gallstone presence with the FEN1 -69G > A GA (OR = 2.3, 95% CI = 1.5–3.5) and the FEN14150G > T GT (OR = 3.7, 95% CI = 1.4–9.8), whereas significant increases in association for gallbladder cancer were observed for gallstone presence with the FEN1 -69G > A GG (OR = 6.8, 95% CI = 2.1–28.31) and the FEN14150G > T GG(OR = 7.2, 95% CI = 2.2–20.2).
3.3.1.2 Verbal recognition memory (VRM) Analysis for verbal recognition memory showed a near-significant difference in performance of both groups for the outcome measure VRMIRTC, as MDD patients demonstrated a trend toward inferior performance in immediate recognition of word choices compared to HC group across time ( Figure 4 ).
