In the multivariable analysis including all the clinical variables, “age” was again the only variable predictive of AF recurrence (HR 1.06; 95% CI 1.02, 1.11; p = 0.002), while SD-TPS only showed a trend towards higher AF recurrence risk (HR 1.04; 95% CI 1.00, 1.10; p = 0.07) (Fig. 3 ).
For households using unimproved water sources, Aquatabs use showed a trend toward improved FCR (aOR 0.12 [95%CI: 0.01, 1.19]; p = 0.070), though the association was not significant and should be interpreted with caution due to the low number of observations.
The animal analyses showed a trend in the reduction of BP with higher THC doses ( p = 0.07), with no change in HR.

Overall cardiovascular mortality Data from 11 studies showed a trend towards lower overall CV mortality in the IV iron group compared with the control group (OR = 0.88, 95% CI: 0.76 to 1.01, P = 0.07; Figure 4 ).
They also showed a trend toward recurrent infections, albeit not insignificant ( p = 0.07).

Similarly, patients presenting the highest angiogenin levels presented a normal MRC score at 6 months ( p = 0.043; Figure 4D ) and functional outcomes assessed by the Rankin scale also showed a trend toward better improvement at 1 month ( p = 0.07; Figure 4E ), showing the association between high angiogenin levels and better neurological improvements.
Duffy-null patients showed a trend toward lower ANC at day 30 (0.9 vs 1.4; P = .07), with significantly lower values at 60 days (1.7 vs 2.6; P = .01) and 90 days (1.6 vs 2.3; P = .002; Figure 1 B) after CAR-T.
When examining subdimensions of FT, the burden of depleted FT coping resources (coping FT) was strongly associated with the risk of repeat AC visits (RR = 1.27, 95% CI 1.15–1.40, P < 0.001) while material FT burden showed a trend toward association (RR = 1.07, 95% CI 0.99–1.15, P = 0.07).
In our study, operation time showed a trend towards statistical significance in the incidence of post-CP infection ( p =0.07), explaining the higher infection rate associated with AB and PP compared with CT.
The rejection group showed a trend of higher body mass index (24.13±3.92 vs. 22.40±3.31 kg/m 2 , P=0.070) and lower tacrolimus levels than the no rejection group, although mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) doses were not lower in the rejection group.
The secondary endpoints, progression-free survival and AML-free survival were also investigated and showed a trend to a more favorable outcome for patients with elevated HbF: the median progression-free survival was 7.7 months versus 2.4 months (HR=0.32; 95% CI: 0.10–1.10; P =0.07) ( Figure 3B ) and the median AML-free survival was 13.1 months versus 7.6 months (HR=0.42; 95% CI: 0.13–1.38; P =0.15) ( Figure 3C ).
