Our TEG results showed that there were no significant differences in naïve whole blood when compared with whole blood samples with added TNF-α; although the R-time showed a trend towards a faster clotting initiation time (p = 0.077).
In younger patients (< 65 years), only T2DM (HR = 1.47, 95% CI: 1.10–1.97, p = 0.009) was significant, while SIDM showed a trend (HR = 1.22, 95% CI: 0.98–1.52, p = 0.077).
Secondary Outcome The median change in RBANS total score among LGI1‐IgG seropositive patients showed a trend toward improvement for the IVIG group compared to placebo (3 [0 to 13] vs −1 [−12 to 6], p = 0.077, 95% CI = 0.84–∞; Table 3 ).
