Finally, PTH at 1 year after transplantation showed a trend towards association with all-cause mortality (fully adjusted HR 1.14 [95% CI 0.99–1.32], p = 0.05) upon continuous analysis; patients in the highest PTH quartile (at 1 year post-transplant) had a higher risk of all-cause mortality than those in the lowest quartile (HR 2.64 [95% CI 2.20–5.81], p = 0.02).
Still, the post-hoc tests showed a trend that time spent SED relative to LPA and MVPA was larger in DWP than in DWoP (Cohen’s d = 0.36, p = 0.05).
Compared to the model group, the LF-EA group showed a decreasing trend in uterine mass ( P > 0.05), while the HF-EA group demonstrated reductions in uterine mass ( P < 0.05), both the LF-EA group and the HF-EA group showed a trend towards reduced uterine index, transverse diameter of the uterine horns, kidney index, and ovary index ( P > 0.05).
Comparison between late trials in the D 2 −1 session and the early D 2 trials showed a trend toward increasing BF responses (Fig. 6c1 , significant at p < 0.05 level; Fig. 6c2 , paired t -test, p = 0.065, N = 6).
The comparison between tumors ≤2 cm and those measuring between 2.1 and 4.0 cm showed a trend toward statistical significance (p = 0.05), whereas no significant difference was observed between the 2.1–4.0 cm and >4.0 cm groups (p = 0.13).

Moreover, the level of GPR30 showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, with the Y30–35 group having the highest level of GPR30 compared to Y35 ( P < 0.05) ( Fig. 1h ).
With the progression of treatment time, all 3 indices showed a trend of significant decrease ( P < 0.05).
In particular, EEY and IEY pickled at different temperatures both showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing ( P < 0.05) in the middle of pickling.
But the gene set enrichment analysis performed on the summary statistics of the polygenic risk score (PRS) computed with 6.7 million SNPs spread over the whole genome (pathway-based polygenic risk score analysis) derived from the multi-ancestry BD sample identified several genetic pathways containing purinergic receptor genes that showed a trend of association with BD ( P -values close to GWAS significance ( P = 0.05 _8 ).
Finally, the Proteobacteria showed a trend of increasing with age: the relative abundance of Proteobacteria in the 100-day-old group was significantly higher than that in the 80-day-old group (P<0.05).
GRP transplanted animals showed a trend towards an increase in fore-limb disease onset (media: 151.0 ± 12.0 days; dead cells: 149.3 ± 13.2; GRPs: 162.6 ± 11.9: p > 0.05; Fig. 3c ); however, this change was not significant.

aurum –pre-treated group showed a trend toward decreased blood glucose levels for 5 weeks after STZ injection, whereas, at week 6, the HK M. aurum –pre-treated group had a significantly ( p < 0.05) lower (~26%) blood glucose level than its corresponding diabetic control mice group ( Figure 2B ).
When analyzing the important predictors in the OS analysis, the Cox regression coefficient showed a trend toward significance for age at diagnosis (HR 2.3, p = 0.05) and less for high or intermediate RS categories (HR 2.54, p = 0.142 and HR 1.35, p = 0.59).

Results First, as regards cannabis effects, our data showed a trend towards more severe positive symptoms (PANSS, p = 0.05) and better performance in manipulative abilities (matrix test-WAIS, p = 0.041) among cannabis users compared to non-users.
Univariable Cox regression revealed that only the increase of SSTR-TV showed a significant association with a shorter PFS (HR 1.02; 95% CI 1.00–1.04; p = 0.02), for OS the increase of SSTR-TV showed a trend towards significance (HR 1.02.; 95% CI 1.00–1.04; p = 0.05).
Regarding SPLCS, migration showed a trend toward significance (OR = 0.19, 95% CI: 0.03–1.11, p = 0.050).
We found that the SAM-H g group showed a trend toward better survival outcomes compared to those in the SAM-L g group across all datasets (Fig. 2 D-H; P -value < 0.05 was considered significant).
