In the TCGA cohort, Treg levels in HER2-high tumors showed a trend of maintenance or relative enrichment across all thresholds, reaching statistical significance at the 20% and 30% cutoffs ( P < 0.05; Fig. 7 B–C), whereas the 10% threshold only showed a non-significant trend (Fig. 7 A).
Low-frequency dominant fatigue before the training showed a trend toward high-frequency dominant fatigue after the training ( p > 0.05).
The preintervention group showed a trend toward less acute VTE events (39% vs 55%; P = .05).
The HP3 group showed a trend of increasing relative ileum length ( P > 0.05).

The reduction in HbA1c levels was also more significant in the Tai Chi group (9 studies; MD = −1.28%; 95%CI: −2.06 to −0.51) compared to conventional therapies, and Tai Chi showed a trend towards statistical significance in decreasing HbA1c levels (5 studies; MD = −0.24%; 95%CI: −0.49 to 0.00, P = 0.05) compared to the aerobic exercise group.

Behavioral performance between A-substages Although some behavioral parameters showed a trend of performance decline with declining of A-substages, only the HR differed significantly between A1 and A2 ( p < .05; dz = 0.37) and between A1 and A3 ( p < .05, dz = 0.79).
From low to high elevation, the C:N, C:P, and N:P of the whole plant of Qinghai spruce showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing ( P < 0.05).

As shown in Figure 8 C, on second, third, and fourth days, the C4H of the four treatment groups showed a trend of TKL-Y > CK-Y > TKL-W > CK-W ( p < 0.05).
RESULTS The Effect of Lutein on Chicken Body Weight and Leg Muscle Fiber Morphology We compared body weight differences between the 2 groups of chickens and found that, although the lutein group showed a trend of increased body weight, the difference was not significant ( P > 0.05; Figure 1 A).
The α-diversity and NMDS analysis of bacterial community The shannon index and richness index of the total bacterial community increased ( Fig 2A , P < 0.05) with distance from the mining area and reached a maximum at distance H5, while the simpson index showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing, and then reached a maximum at distance H2 (P < 0.05), and was higher than that of H0, although it decreased at distances H3 and H5.
These cells also showed a trend (nominal p value < 0.05, adjusted p value < 0.1) for enrichment of genes involved in senescence initiation ( Dehkordi et al., 2021 ).
