Although the high-risk group showed a trend of more use of atypical antipsychotics compared to the low-risk group, atypical antipsychotic appears to have no detrimental effect on cognitive performance in children. 61 We extended the findings of previously studied high-risk offspring using a more narrowly defined high-risk group characterized by ADHD and a family history of a mood disorder, using both healthy controls and ADHD children without a family history of a mood disorder as comparison groups, and by adjusting for the influence of mood ratings and familial functioning when assessing cognitive and behavioral group differences.
Moreover, when we stratified our patients for M1 and M2 macrophage phenotypes, we did not find any statistical difference among BCR free survival curves (log rank P = ns ), although we observed that patients with prevalence of M2 macrophages showed a trend toward worst BCR free survival rates at 36 and 60 months compared to patients with M1 prevalence (78.2 versus 94.1 and 71.0 versus 77.4, resp.) (see Figure 3 ).
