Frequencies of cells expressing Granzyme B were significantly lower in CD161 + CD4 + T cells of PBMC ( p = 0.002), and colon ( p = 0.0108), and showed a trend of reduction in BAL ( p = 0.0519), suggesting the impaired cytolytic potential across immune compartments, including peripheral blood, gut, and airway ( Figure 8 A).
A surgical volume of ≥20 cases showed a trend toward favorable outcomes on cancer-specific survival [hazard ratio (HR) 0.154, p = 0.052] and marginal benefit for overall survival (HR 0.326, p = 0.019) in the multivariate analysis.
Comparing CSS and JBT Data Categories of CSSs were significantly associated with latency to the Nr-U probe (χ 2 = 6.07, df = 2.0, p = 0.048; Figure 4 ), and showed a trend towards association with the Nr-R probe (χ 2 = 5.90, df = 2.0, p = 0.052; Figure 5 ).
Although no correlation was observed between the sCD163 levels and TNM stage in a Spearman’s rho correlation test ( p = 0.141), an intergroup analysis revealed that patients with TNM stage IV tumors showed a trend towards higher sCD163 levels compared to TNM stage 0/I patients ( p = 0.052, Figure 2 B).
However, Bin 3 impulse showed a trend toward increase with both AFO types (odAFO: +22.0%, 41.6 vs. 34.1%BW·s, p = 0.052, r = 0.428; pAFO: +21.7%, 41.5 vs. 34.1%BW·s, p = 0.052, r = 0.413).
The PIK3CA mutation located in the kinase domain showed a trend toward a shorter OS compared with wild-type tumors (multivariate HR = 1.56; 95%CI: 1.00-2.44; P = 0.052).
The one-way ANOVA showed a trend ( p = 0.052); the post-hoc analysis showed that patients with positive motor symptoms differed from HV ( p = 0.019), but not those with only negative symptoms ( p > 0.2) (Bonferroni correction p < 0.025).
Patients without AF recurrence showed a trend towards improvement in the palpitation score (p = 0.052) and global score (p = 0.062) at 12-month follow-up.
Furthermore, in the univariate analysis, MAN1C1 high expression showed a trend association with better overall survival ( MAN1C1 high: 0.74; p = 0.052), as well as decreased disease-free survival, with a hazard ratio also of 0.74 ( p = 0.049).
Albumin levels showed a trend towards an increase when compared to controls ( p = 0.052).
Moreover, high DIAPH3, HLA‐E , and LMAN1 expression was significantly associated with shorter overall survival ( P = .043, P = 0.018, and P = .014, resp.; Figure S2 ), and high PPP2R5E and UHMK1 expression showed a trend toward association with shorter overall survival in MIBC ( P = .052 and P = .078, resp.; Figure S2 ).
However, free T4 was significantly higher in PTT hyperthyroidism ( p < 0.001); free T3 showed a trend toward higher levels in PTT hyperthyroidism ( p = 0.052); and TSH was significantly higher in PTT hypothyroidism ( p < 0.001).
The CNO-treated males also showed a trend of spending less time in the open-field test, but the statistics were inconclusive ( Figure 3I ; treatment: F (1,19) = 4.305, p = 0.052, BF (incl) = 4.438; group: F (2,19) = 2.064, p = 0.155, BF (incl) = 0.384; treatment × group: F (1,19) = 0.164, p = 0.850, BF (incl) = 0.300).
In contrast, a recent study with oral administration of Limosilactobacillus reuteri ATCC PTA 6475 to IBS-D patients showed a trend toward reduced serum IL-6 levels compared to the placebo group ( p = 0.052) [ 44 ].
HVA levels showed a trend toward a main effect of Sex ( F (1,32) = 4.08, p = 0.052, η 2 p = 0.113) and a significant effect of Group ( F (1,32) = 4.29, p = 0.047, η 2 p = 0.118), with manipulated animals ~25% higher levels than non‐manipulated mice ( t (32) = −2.07, p = 0.047, d = −0.69; Figure 3C ).
In contrast, right iTBS group only showed a trend towards reaction times being significantly faster (mean difference = -24.1 ms; p = 0,052).
Compared to non-DCB patients, patients who exhibited DCB showed a trend towards increased Jaccard similarity, i.e., greater proportion of shared CDR3 sequences between PRE and FR samples ( p = 0.052; Figure S7 and Table S5 ).
In this post-hoc model, sertraline still showed a trend toward improved favorable functional outcome as compared with controls (OR 3.06, 95% CI 0.99–9.49, p = 0.052).
Effect of beta blocker therapy on additional secondary outcomes Patients with beta-blocker therapy showed a trend to lower NIHSS values at baseline (p = 0.052), while there was no difference in change in NIHSS, CRP or leukocyte count between both groups ( Table 4 ). mRS and Barthel-index were available for 203 patients with a median follow-up of 50 (IQR, 37–73) days.
Serum analysis revealed that CrPyr significantly increased GSH levels in RMT mice ( P < 0.05) and showed a trend toward decreasing glutathione disulfide (GSSG) levels ( P = 0.052; Fig. 7 C).
The Shannon index showed a trend toward lower diversity in Duroc boars compared to Yorkshire boars ( P = 0.052; Fig. 2D ).
