In this study, a highly significant correlation was observed between the viral load in various tissues and the RSIV shedding ratio in rock bream exposed via immersion.

In juvenile grouper and channel catfish, the content of bone Mn showed a trend of linear increase following the elevation of dietary Mn [ 3 , 8 ].

It is worth noting that the relative abundances of Alishewanella , Cloacibacterium , and Vagococcus all showed an increasing trend on day 5 (the first day of the drug withdrawal period) in group L compared with group CK, which may be related to the doxycycline concentration in group L.

On day 33, the drug metabolism by other enzyme pathways in group H was significantly upregulated ( p < 0.05), which in group L also showed a trend of upregulation.

This result was similar to the observations of previous studies, which found a moderately significant positive correlation between boar lameness and swelling ankle (Φ = 0.5571) [ 13 ].

Similarly, we found that GPX5 exhibits high expression levels only in the caput epididymis, which was consistent with previous research in Small-Tail Han sheep that found a decreasing trend of GPX5 expression from the caput to cauda epididymis [ 3 ], suggesting that GPX5 is involved in the early stages of sperm maturation.

In Equations (4) and (5), it should be noted that the predictor variables temperature and THI showed a tendency towards significance, and thus the improvement in precision was only slightly missed. 4.

The Spearman correlation coefficient showed a highly significant correlation between the measured water consumption and the respective predictor variables for all six derived equations.

Serum Immunoglobulin An increasing trend was seen in the contents of IgA and IgM in sera of the 28-day broilers of YSa, YS, and QS groups, as shown in Figure 3 , compared with those in the CON group ( p < 0.05).

A p < 0.05 indicated a significant difference, and p < 0.001 indicated a highly significant difference.

Furthermore, the F/G ratios of broilers in the SL001 group were significantly lower ( p < 0.05) than the antibiotic group and displayed a decreasing trend compared with the control group from day 0 to 42 ( Table 3 ).

The only exception was the phalanx using the CR P , but this was still nearly significant.

Some have reported a decreasing trend in Ca digestibility with advancing age of broilers [ 133 , 148 , 149 , 150 ].
