In Figure 1 C, it can be seen that, when the concentration of the glucose master liquor was 8% and the concentration of KH 2 PO 4 was 0.2%, with the gradual increase in the corn steep liquor concentration, there was no significant change in the OD value; additionally, the number of yeast cells showed a decreasing trend in the fermentation liquid of Candida utilis protein feed.

In an interesting trend in the survey answers, the majority of students in group G1 indicated that the kidney set helped them to distinguish differences between the species in comparison to students in the G2 group who only had pig kidneys and did not indicate having the kidney at home so positively.
