The other three studies showed a trend to higher sensitivity for the 25-gauge needle but did not reach statistical significance [ 138 , 139 , 140 ].

DDLPS tumors presented a significant increase in CD8+ T cell abundance, followed by a near-significant increase in activated NK cell abundance [ 65 ].

Abstract Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most frequent gynecological cancer in developed countries and its incidence shows an increasing trend.

However, we observed a clear trend towards a diminished number of immune cells in tumors from Stat3 Δ Col1a2 mice as compared to the controls ( Stat3 fl/fl ) for markers F4/80 and CD3 but not for MPO ( Figure 5 C).

In fact, mice with a constitutively active STAT3 protein revealed a highly significant change with clearly enhanced tumorigenesis as compared to controls ( Figure 2 D), although there was no evidence for invasive tumor growth or metastasis.

There was a statistical trend towards higher rates of suboptimal cytoreduction in older women, where 57% of women younger than 54 years had complete cytoreduction to no macroscopic residual disease, 33% had optimal cytoreduction to macroscopic residual disease ≤ 1 cm, and 10% had suboptimal cytoreduction with macroscopic disease > 1 cm.

The time-activity curve shows a decreasing trend with a peak at 69 h.

Following this period, an increasing trend in reported cases of cardiotoxicity associated with various oncological agents has been observed.

A positive trend seen in our TGF-β gene expression data could thus be further amplified by the genetic ablation or pharmacological inhibition of TGF-β signaling.

The highly significant p -values indicate that γ-H2AX is a reliable choice of marker for the evaluation of aneuploidy-induced replication stress.

The raising awareness towards APL-like symptoms and the modern tools led to an increasing trend, over time, in the number of reports on new entities ( Figure 2 ).
