A lower GCS on admission was of borderline significance (OR≈0.87 per point, p=0.045).

A highly significant association was observed between epithelial atypia and radio-chemotherapy dose (p = 0.045), between CCRT-induced epithelial atypical cytological changes and days of treatment (p = 0.001), and between days of CCRT and nuclear atypia (0.000) accordingly.

A slightly significant difference was found between the two study groups (p=0.046), but no statistically significant difference in the mean score before and after the education intervention (p=0.059).

When the severity of hepatic fibrosis was calculated for each case using CPC, it displayed marginal significance (p = 0.046).

Third, while a borderline significant difference in SGLT2 inhibitor use between groups was observed (V=.29, p=.047), the small-to-medium effect size should be interpreted cautiously given the limited sample.

VBQ scores increased with worsening BMD, showing a significant trend (p = 0.047) (Table 3 ): 3.43 ± 1.01 (normal), 3.76 ± 1.00 (osteopenia), and 4.02 ± 1.07 (osteoporosis).

Similarly, education level showed a trend: those with primary or no formal education had increased odds of traditional provider use, with an odds ratio of 2.11 (95% CI: 1.01-4.43), p = 0.047, indicating statistical significance.

Further, 41.3% (n = 33) of the sample agreed that understanding people wearing face masks is harder because they cannot see their mouth moving; eight participants were in the better hearing subgroup (33.3%), and 25 participants were in the worse hearing subgroup (44.6%), with a marginally significant difference (p = 0.047).

However, surgeon preference demonstrated a borderline significant association, with one surgeon using PSI more frequently (χ2(1) = 3.32, P = 0.049, Cramér’s V = 0.13) (Table 1 ).

A study in the North Indian population revealed that the rural subjects had a higher prevalence of depression than urban subjects (57% vs 31%), though this difference was marginally significant (p = 0.049) [ 27 ].

The correlation between stress and duration of mechanical ventilation was found to be moderately significant (p=0.0494, r=0.5597).

Amikacin showed a borderline significant shift in susceptibility categories (χ2 = 6.00, p = 0.0499).

Intraoperatively, there was marginally significant use of irrigation in multi-incision (multi-incision 45 [42.9%], single-incision 31 [29.8%], p = 0.0499) and no difference in Firefly, perforation, or intraoperative cholangiogram use.

We also observed a marginally non-significant higher rate of stage IV disease among males (p=0.05), which aligns with national and international literature showing male predominance in HPV-mediated OPSCC and a higher nodal burden at presentation [ 1 , 2 , 8 ].

The reduction in fetal body weight in the progesterone-reduced group at 21 dg did not reach statistical significance (p=0.07) but showed a trend to reduce (Mann-Kendall test; correlation=0.8, p=0.05).

The one-way ANOVA showed that there was a highly significant difference between treatment groups, F (5, 30)=18.84, p<0.05, indicating that not all treatment groups showed the same extent of clot lysis in mice at 90 minutes (Table 3 ).
