Although statistical significance was not reached in the subgroup of two overall permissive mismatches in GvH direction, a clear trend was seen at least for aGvHD ( Table 5 ).
Although statistical significance was not reached in the subgroup of two overall permissive mismatches in GvH direction, a clear trend was seen at least for aGvHD ( Table 5 ).
Although the frequency of CD95 + PD-1 + cT FH cells induced at week 38 + 3 days showed a trend toward a significant negative correlation with Env-specific IgA titers in rectal tissue, frequencies of total cT FH cells induced at the same time point exhibited a strong positive correlation with rectal IgA titers, suggesting a role for cT FH cells in supporting rectal IgA responses.
A significant positive correlation was observed between the frequency of absolute cT FH cells and acute viremia ( Figure 7A ), and a positive trend was seen with chronic viremia ( Figure 7B ).
However, a significant trend in elevation of GC T FH cells was seen at week 15, 2 weeks following the 2 nd Ad5-SIV administration, and a concurrent decrease of the cT FH population was observed at the same timepoint ( Figures 1E and 4B ).
We also detected a trend toward significance in elevated magnitude of PD-1 + CD25 + Env-specific cT FH cells at week 41 in comparison to the pre-vaccination timepoint ( Figure 4G ), suggesting vaccine-dependent induction of Env-specific cT FH cells with a GC-T FH like phenotype.
When non-normalized percentages were compared by paired analysis between animals of the same group, a marginally significant increase in GC ESM B cells at day 3 post-2 nd boost was observed in comparison to pre-vaccine levels ( Figure 2I ).
Due to the sample size and the dispersion of the groups, we considered that the differences were significant when the probability of error was p <0.05 and marginally significant when it was between 0.05 and <0.1.
The Molecules of the Inflammatory Process Varied According to the Magnitude of the Perinatal Risks The Z-scores of the mean concentrations of IP-10, MCP-1, MIP-1A, and TNF were positive for the low risk group and negative for the other two groups, reaching a significance across the perinatal-risk groups for the first three, and marginal significance for TNF.
demonstrated that CD8 + Foxp3 + Treg cells showed a decreasing trend in the peripheral blood of pSS patients, even though it was not significantly different ( 67 ).
However, one study found worse treatment outcomes in patients who took metformin plus ICIs with a nonsignificant trend ( 32 ).
A P value < 0.05 (*) suggests statistical significance; P < 0.01 (**) suggests very significant differences; P < 0.001 (***) suggests extremely significant differences.
There was a clear trend that the difference of HLA-DR expression on day 6 compared to the first 4 days was higher in patients surviving sepsis.
Real-life case series had further confirmed this significant impact on oral ulcers and demonstrated a positive trend on genital ulcers in smaller samples ( 14 – 16 ).
Our data showed a trend for GATA3 polarization towards the light zone.
Although not statistically significant, there was a slight trend toward higher Tregs in the BF-BM group throughout the 5-year follow-up period.
The expression level of Cg DM9CP-4 in gill also showed a trend of increase and then decrease, finally back to normal trend after V. splendidus stimulation ( Figure S3B ).
C3 and properdin showed a positive increase on exposure to global radiation, while FH showed a decreasing trend.
The tissue-residential distribution and the proinflammatory property may be significant for making NKB cells and IL-18 unique targets in the development of immunotherapeutics for periodontitis.
In addition, cytokine alterations were also evaluated by flow cytometry and ELISA, and the results showed a trend toward MSC-mediated inhibition that was not significant at 1 h; however, the levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ were significantly reduced by MSCs after 2 h ( Supplementary Figures 4A–C ).
Interestingly, the two miRNAs common to all the three treatment groups were all differentially expressed in the same direction, indicating that these miRNAs may be significant in some of the changes associated with protection against pathology.
The Treg Cell Proportion in Peripheral Blood of 33 HCC Patients Before and After GSMs-TACE In this study, the Treg cell proportion in HCC patients before and at 1 to 2 weeks, 3 to 5 weeks after GSMs-TACE showed a decreasing trend, 11.74 ± 1.67% before GSMs-TACE to 8.54 ± 1.27% at 1 to 2 weeks and 7.59 ± 1.27% at 3 to 5 weeks after GSMs-TACE, which was statistically significantly lower after GSMs-TACE (P < 0.01) ( Table 3 , Figure 2B ).
There was no significant difference in ZIKV microneutralization titers between the vaccine groups at either week 30 (peak time-point) or week 52 (last time-point) ( Figure 6A ), but we observed a decreasing trend in these titers in both pre-vaccinated groups compared to flavivirus-naïve group at week 52.
In the helper-T-cell cluster TC-1 ( Figure 2C ), top upregulated genes included the regulatory cytokine TGFB1, which also showed a trend of upregulation in most other T-cell clusters ( Figure 2D ).
They suggested that this may be significant for evaluating ICI anti-tumor activity in relevant clinical trials via stratification of PD-L1 + and double-positive PD-L1 and LAG-3 ( 16 ).
Finally, CFB, sCD40L, ICAM-1, IL-8, and VCAM-1 showed a decreasing trend during treatment with no overall significant changes ( Supplementary Table 6 ).
