In our experimental data, after DMNQ treatment, on the one hand, the cells showed a trend of shrinking, rounding, and falling off morphologically; on the other hand, the qPCR results showed that FOXO1 , FOXO3 , MuRF1 , and Atrogin1 were significantly upregulated, and the Western blot results showed that the protein expression of MuRF1 and Atrogin1 was increased, and the protein expression of MyHC was decreased.
