As shown in Figure 4 B, the inhibitory effects of both 1-h treatment with 5 μM BBR and 4-h treatment with 0.5 μM BBR on the transcription of MAP1LC3 were extremely significant ( p < 0.001).
At 1 month and 3 months of rehabilitation, the ADL scores of the patients in the 24 h rehabilitation group were 66.95 ± 4.707 and 96.55 ± 2.873, respectively, which were higher than those in the 72 h rehabilitation group (52.95 ± 6.725 and 84.46 ± 6.971), and the difference was extremely significant ( p < 0.001) ( Table 3 ).
G5, using Dunnett’s test) and an increasing trend ( p < 0.001, using the Jonckheere–Terpstra test) ( Figure S8 ). 3.

We validated the reliability of RNA-seq data by qRT-PCR detection of 18 randomly selected up- and downregulated DEGs using gene-specific primers ( Supplementary Table S1 ), showing a highly significant correlation (R 2 = 0.9776, p < 0.001) between the results of RNA-seq and qRT-PCR ( Figure 5 B,C).
SHRs (ADHD model) who received either MDL (5-HT2A antagonist) or IPS (5-HT1A agonist) or GFC (alpha-2 adrenergic agonist) showed a highly significant ( p < 0.001) decrease in these study parameters (mean distance traveled, mean movement velocity) when compared to the SHR-NC group ( Figure 1 A,B).
Sincerely, between two subgroups, there were markedly significant differences of BCRFS among training cohort ( p < 0.001), testing cohort ( p = 0.008), and validating cohort ( p < 0.001).
Differences were considered as non-significant (ns) when p > 0.05, significant (*) when p < 0.05, very significant (**) when p < 0.01, and highly significant (***) when p < 0.001.
In group II, there was a highly significant negative correlation between hs-CRP and serum 25(OH)D at baseline (r = −0.832 and p = 0.001) and after two weeks (r = −0.590 and p = 0.021) [ 51 ].
In contrast, the highest concentration (17.6 μg/L) showed a highly significant difference from the control (mean difference = −61.00; * p < 0.001), marking the point at which the stimulatory effect on cell proliferation becomes evident in C. vulgaris cultures ( Table 1 ).
The differences in the mean number of SCEs per cell between the control and all test variants (solution, dose, and time) were highly significant ( p < 0.001).
The addition of 100 and 500 ppm taurine had a highly significant ( p = 0.001) effect on the plasma antioxidant potential in chicks.
Furthermore, the reduction in blood glucose at 24 h was highly significant ( p > 0.001), as, except for the low glimepiride-low papaya leaf combination, the effect extended to 72 h, demonstrating that papaya leave extract can interact directly with the cells or in a complementary manner to induce hypoglycemic effect [ 56 ].
5-ALA-FIGR improved the GTR in GBM to >64% [ 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 ] and when compared to white light microsurgery 5-ALA-FIGR was highly significant ( p < 0.001) [ 5 ].
