The first systematic review and meta-analysis [ 15 ] showed a trend for significantly higher levels of peripheral TNF-α without significant differences in any other cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-1ß, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10) in depressive children and adolescents.

Conversely, the administration of WAY-100635 showed a trend toward an increase of this behavior that did not reach statistical significance when compared to control group ( Figure 2 ).
