In the Kaplan–Meier curve analysis, the 2-year PFS showed a trend toward better outcomes for patients in the 60 Gy arm; however, the difference was not statistically significant (38.9% vs. 18.7%, p = 0.064) ( Figure 2 B).

The inclusion of five studies involving 1108 participants allowed for a statistical synthesis providing a highly significant OR for the association between atherosclerosis and CAP.

These differences were highly significant and support HSV’s advantage in morphological insights into vocal fold oscillations compared to stroboscopy [ 10 , 21 ].

In the same region, a similar observational study conducted approximately in the same era concluded that after a follow-up of 4 years, CTO recanalization not only significantly improved quality of life, in terms of physical activity limitation, frequency of angina and greater treatment satisfaction, but also showed a trend towards better cardiac survival and significant lower risk of MACE compared to that seen in patients with failed procedures [ 38 ].

Results: The mean LGN volume (right—100 mm 3 , left—96 mm 3 ) and left lingual gyrus volume (6162 mm 3 ) were significantly lower in RPGR patients in comparison to the control group (129 mm 3 , 125 mm 3 , and 7310 mm 3 , respectively), whilst some brain regions related to other sensory information such as the left isthmus cingulate (3690 mm 3 ) and entorhinal cortex (right—1564 mm 3 , left 1734 mm 3 ) were significantly or almost significantly higher in the RPGR group than in the control group (2682 mm 3 , 960 mm 3 , and 1030 mm 3 , respectively).

Similarly, a negative trend was observed between exercise time and the JASMID scores (both quantity and quality), confirming that patients with strongly limited ADL had slower performance times ( Figure 4 b,c,e,f).

Though an increasing trend in survival rates was observed in Cohort 2, the results were not statistically significant.

Moreover, the group of malnourished subjects selected using the MNA showed a trend toward a decrease in blood albumin levels ( Figure 2 b).

While ASCT showed a trend towards better PFS and OS, it did not reach statistical significance.

The 39% proportion of the erector spinae muscle was not significant in the modal but showed a trend with a p -value of 0.07.

In his 2021 study, the findings indicated that while tDCS can positively affect EEG patterns, the effects are likely to be significant only after a long-term intervention of eight months.

Although sex had a marginally significant effect, the data suggested that men may have a higher risk of disordered eating compared to women.

Although marginally non-significant, a trend was observed for appropriate ICD therapy and all-cause mortality (12% vs. 3.5%, p -log-rank = 0.076, Figure 3 C).

These findings demonstrate a clear trend toward improved functional status within one month of ASD closure, with a substantial shift of patients from higher NYHA classes (II and III) to lower classes (I and II), highlighting the procedure’s early clinical benefits ( Figure 2 ). 3.4.

It is imperative that screening be continued in schools not included in this project, as there may be significant variations based on geographical location or demographic characteristics.

Highly significant moderate-to-very-strong correlations were found between the clinical assessment of dysphagia using the FOIS-It scale, swallowing safety, and swallowing efficiency for each consistency examined (as measured by PAS and the IT-YPRSRS during FEES) and all the components of the IT-MUCSS scale ( Table 2 ).

Postoperative pain at two weeks and one month also improved significantly, while hospital length of stay showed a trend toward reduction in Group 3.

There are two previous randomized controlled studies on TE; both showed a trend towards better pregnancy rates but did not reach statistical significance [ 34 , 35 ].

Additionally, factors like tooth location and patient age did not show a clear trend in affecting the treatment duration.

Due to serum sampling limited to the first three days after surgery in our series, we are not able to speculate about the meaning of these findings, although a decreasing trend in IL-6 serum values was observed in the days following the surgical procedure.

Indeed, the OR remained highly significant when the analysis was adjusted for confounding 5.82 (2.21–15.35, <0.001) ( Table 3 , Model 1).

Introduction Although there are a few analgesic choices after a kidney transplant operation, there may be significant postoperative discomfort [ 1 ].

It should be mentioned, however, that in the recipients, the difference in pain scores between the TAP block group and controls was close to being statistically significant, as evident from the graphs.

The entity of the score changed during the TH window for all the EEG parameters, with a clear trend of increase from 6 to 78 h and up to the second week.

[ 30 ] was able to show only a nonsignificant trend in favor of CB, in terms of lesions durability, with a very wide dispersion of RF performance, confirming a higher operator dependence of this method.
