The PhNR amplitude demonstrated discriminatory power for glaucoma, with an AUC of 0.661 ( p = 0.028) in the total group, and showed marginal significance (AUC = 0.574, p = 0.082) in the myopic subgroup.

For Fascin, significant differences were observed when comparing patients with MTC with those with adrenal neoplasms ( p = 0.048) and NETs ( p = 0.007), while the differences between patients with NET and controls, as well as between patients with MTC and controls, approached significance ( p = 0.083).

Results : Pre-hospital delivery was strongly associated with second-stage labor (OR ≈ 535; p < 0.0001), ruptured membranes (OR ≈ 8.7; p < 0.0001), and fewer previous pregnancies (OR = 0.86; p = 0.018), and showed a trend with higher maternal heart rate (OR = 1.015; p = 0.083).

Non-R0 resection showed borderline significance (HR 2.76, 95% CI 0.89–8.56; p = 0.083).

Conversion to laparotomy rate also technically showed no statistically significant difference between the two methods; however, the difference was only marginally non-significant, with OR = 0.53 and p = 0.083 ( Figure 5 c).

(3) Results: One-way ANOVA showed no significant main effect of IVH severity on crSaO 2 and cFTOE ( p > 0.05); there was a tendency toward statistical significance concerning the difference between the means of crSaO 2 ( p = 0.083) and cFTOE ( p = 0.098).

Age demonstrated a trend towards significance in influencing survival (HR = 0.98, p = 0.084), suggesting that younger patients may have slightly better survival outcomes.

In our study, preoperative Tinel’s sign showed a near-significant association with postoperative complications ( p = 0.084).

In a subgroup analysis of patients undergoing DH, a strong trend was observed indicating that procedure duration tended to decrease with an increasing number of vaginal deliveries (ρ = 0.75; p = 0.084).

Postoperative complications occurred in 19.1% of patients, with intrafascicular involvement being a significant predictor (OR = 5.4, p = 0.037) and a positive preoperative Tinel’s sign showing a trend toward significance (OR = 4.2, p = 0.084).

Except for a positive trend (Pearson r = 0.2142, p = 0.0841) between expressions of plasma miR-21 and exo-miR-21 in the early stage ( Figure 2 B), significantly positive correlations ( Figure 2 A,C) between plasma miR-21 and exo-miR-21 in all stages (Pearson r = 0.3643, p < 0.0001) and in late stages (Pearson r = 0.5554, p < 0.0001) were observed, suggesting a close relationship between plasma miR-21 and exo-miR-21. 3.3.

Nevertheless, the probability value determined using the Wilcoxon test reflected a trend towards significance and amounted to p = 0.0843 ( Table 4 ).

The success rates for these groups showed a trend toward a higher success rate with the combined treatment (80% versus 100%, respectively, p = 0.085).

There was a clear trend ( p = 0.0859) towards lower BCL-2 expression in patients with monocytic AML, defined here on the basis of CD64 positivity [ 26 ].

A reduction in the manifest cylinder from −6.48 ± 2.79 D to −4.06 ± 3.59 D approached significance ( p = 0.086), and a significant shift in the manifest sphere from −0.98 ± 2.77 D to −4.5 ± 4.02 D was noted ( p = 0.031). 3.3.

Central Retinal Thickness The ANCOVA assessing changes in CRT after the surgery revealed a result of borderline significance (F(3.126) = 2.55; p = 0.086; η 2 = 0.06).

In fact, slight bone gain with borderline significance was found between T3 and T4 ( p = 0.086).
