Importantly, overlap analysis revealed a very strong, highly significant association between origins of replication and iG4-forming sequences ( Fig. 4a ).

An additional 8 SNPs also had odds ratios (OR) consistent with the direction of the discovery phase with marginal significance in this stage.

The results show a positive trend of ∼0–6 m s −1 over the NA, which corresponds to the relative SST trend ( Fig. 3a,b ) noted by Vecchi and Soden 6 and others 8 , 9 , 10 , 13 .

Importantly, the GWAS data identify the same HLA signals, as well as one association peak at chromosome 3q13 with borderline significance.

These elegant results were interpreted as a confirmation of clathrin's capacity to drive membrane curvature, neglecting the potential role of the disordered domain, an effect that our results demonstrate to be highly significant.

Despite the lack of significant alterations in these metabolic parameters, the AiPKO mice moved significantly less than the wild-type littermates in the y axis, and showed a trend towards reduced movement in the x axis ( Fig. 3j ).

It may be significant for these prospects that long-range polariton propagation in the linear regime has already been demonstrated in GaN quantum well waveguides 47 .

With respect to genes, we first tested the expanded list of 34 significant or nearly significant genes (known and likely oncogenes excluded) in burden analysis (see Methods) for evidence of somatic loss of the WT allele.
