Consistent with these data, A-PHLPP2 mice showed a trend towards lower RER (Supplementary Fig. 3f ).
Excerpts
a positive trendgold
The signs of the coefficient of GMT or AMO are always in line with the underlying long-term trend in the damage time series, in the sense that a positive trend in observed damages is associated with a positive coefficient of GMT or AMO, respectively, and vice versa for negative trends.
AAD patients also had lower Chao1 indices compared to ND patients whereas a decreasing trend was observed in Shannon indices, however, not sufficient to be significant (Fig. 3a, b , p = 0.017 and p = 0.087, respectively).
a strong trendgold
For 183 kDa PS, average strain at failure was observed to be greater in the FOW measurements, whereas yield stress did not show a strong trend (Supplementary Figs.
If a trend toward significance is obtained, the experimental number is expanded to another 4–6 mice per group.
The remaining two variants were nominally significant in our study (Supplementary Data 3 ).
tRNA tRNA-Leu-TAG-2-1 from the study-wide significant set also showed nominally significant hypermethylation with age (Fig. 5 a(xviii)).
The main effects of relationship type were marginally significant and not significant for moral behaviors and values, respectively, F (4, 4225) = 2.12, p = 0.076 and F (4, 3987) = 1.50, p = 0.199—a fact that may be the result of opposite trends for binding and individualizing values.
a positive trendgold
(U + Th)*/ 3 He defines a positive trend, which, if interpreted as an age, corresponds to 90 ± 42 Ma and an initial 4 He/ 3 He ratio of 162 ± 25 × 10 3 ( 3 He/ 4 He = 3.9–5.3 Ra; Fig. 2c ; explained in “Methods—‘U-Th-He isochron ages’”).
Of note, HFD feeding significantly reduced p-ACC expression and also led to a nonsignificant trend towards a decreased protein expression of UCP1 and PGC1α (Fig. 5d, e ).
In line with this premise, subjecting larval zebrafish to a newly developed passive force assay 22 revealed that fkrp −/− mutants exhibited a severe and highly significant reduction in their ability to transmit passive force (Fig. 2g ), a reduction not evident in either dag1 − / − mutants nor wild-type sibling controls (Fig. 2g ).
The η (or α −1 ) for the industrial period includes a possibly significant contribution from an emissions-driven increase in atmospheric CO 2 concentration to the climate–carbon feedback.
a slight trendgold
It was found that changing the electronegativity of aryl substituents on δ-position of dienamides ( 1a–1d ) does not affect the efficacy, and 68–75% yields were obtained, with a slight trend for para -substituted effect favoring electron-withdrawing groups (entry 1–4, Fig. 3 ).
Main effects of Group were highly significant for all three questions ( ps < 1.0 × 10 −13 ), driven by lower ratings of the NSC group.
5a, b ), but only showed a trend of inhibition of the potency of zinc disulfiram and did not impact Zn(DTSM) (Fig. 5c, d ).
extremely significantqualified
p < 0.05 is considered to be statistically significant and p < 0.01 is extremely significant.
The AF for SH showed an increasing trend from south to north in the eastern U.S., whereas in the western U.S., the AF for SH was lower in counties in coastal states than in counties in interior states (Fig. 3b ).
a clear trendgold
Population genomic analyses of these genomes identify a set of improved landraces (ILs), notable for their obviously contributions as elite germplasm for modern peach breeding worldwide, and our analyses show a clear trend of eastward dispersal of these landraces in the historical period before formal modern peach breeding was initiated.
In addition, recent studies have suggested that the strength of the terrestrial carbon sink might be shifting from an increasing to a decreasing trend 6 , 37 , 38 .
None of these variants were genome-wide significant in our data, but 8/11 showed nominally significant association p values, with the allele decreasing serum B12 levels consistently also increasing the risk of pernicious anemia (Supplementary Data 5 ).
a small trendgold
A few areas appear to have experienced a small trend over 1993–2015, mainly in the mid to high latitudes: e.g., the west coast of North America, Northern Europe, most of South America, and South Asia.
Our results show an increasing trend in overtopping, resulting in almost a factor 1.5 increase in globally aggregated annual overtopping hours from 1993 to 2015.
As mentioned previously for the rat model, adhesion coverage also shows a decreasing trend from 3 to 6 weeks in the porcine model, which is commonly observed in patients.
an overall trendgold
Single-cell enrichment analysis of deleterious gDNMs in BD The above analysis integrating transcriptome data of bulk tissues showed an overall trend that the genes hit by deleterious gDNMs in BD are enriched for brain-expressed genes with a prenatal bias; however, we could not specify single brain regions with robust significance.
3B–L ) while clonality was not, although it had borderline significance for OS in KIRC (Supplementary Table 7 ).
