Highly significant difference (p-value = 0.0076) found among the study subjects’ genotypic arrangement by performing Chi-square test.
Excerpts
An interesting trend was noted between the severity of COVID-19 and the HLA-C*04 (P = 0.0077) as well as HLA-B*35 (P = 0.0051) alleles.
In summary, all spines that displayed significant morphological changes upon TEA treatment ( Fig 2A ) also displayed a highly significant increase in dynamics of the short as well as the long actin filaments, τ 1 and τ 2 ( Fig 2C and 2D , p = 0,0078 and 0,0008, respectively), and an increase in the calculated number of long filament, N 2 ( Fig 2F , p = 0,0014).
When we quantified total metastatic burden using luciferase imaging, the differences between the vehicle and BGJ-398 treatment groups were highly significant ( Fig. 5B,C: p = 0.0078).
In addition, the Mann-Whitney test showed a highly significant difference (p-value = 0.00787, 2-sided) in the amount of Pf CSP in the unstained and stained groups.
There was also a highly significant negative association of immunologic response among individuals who had baseline CD4+ cell counts between 350 and 500 (AHR = 0.285; 95% CI: 0.1128–0.719; p<0.0079).
For peak 2, however, this effect only showed a strong trend towards significance (p = 0.0079), which failed to remain significant after Bonferroni correction.
However, there was a significant increase in the progress of audits whose durations extended to more than 6 months (p = 0.024) and a highly significant association for those carried out for longer than one year (p = 0.008).
The mean ± SD of the differences in the BI recovery points measured with the two smooth tests of -1.86 ± 4.69 PD ( Fig 5B ) were at the limit of significance considering the adjusted significance level ( t (48) = -2.78, p = 0.008, Cohen’s d = 0.39).
In each case, the ANOVAs showed that the overall models were highly significant ( P < 0.008) indicating significant component effects ( Table 6 ).
In the multivariate model, species age becomes highly significant (p = 0.008**) but explanatory power increases only marginally (13.84%), and the covariates in the model remained non-significant (model p-value = 0.03*).
This diversity was first partitioned into two groups, corresponding to the major genetic discontinuity between populations, and this yielded significant, or nearly significant, statistics between the two groups ( F CT = 0.029, P = 0.008; Φ CT = 0.420, P = 0.053).
There was a significant difference in body mass between the two groups at 105 days of age (P = 0.049), while extremely significant differences began to appear at 114 days of age (P = 0.008).
Comparison of 3-month HBV e antigen serologic conversion showed a highly significant improvement of HBV e antigen lost for patients received adoptive antiviral therapy (OR = 6.57; 95% CI, [1.64, 26.31]; p = 0.008).
WWE with lamotrigine also had a significant trend for increase in proportion of induction of labour (p = 0.008).
This difference in recurrence was highly significant when merging the two lowest quartiles into low miR-92a expression and the two highest into high miR-92a expression ( p = 0.008) as presented in Figure 4B .
A highly significant difference (p = 0.008) was observed for partial responders between both groups with a higher proportion in the CTx + VA group (30.8%) compared to the CTx only group (10.3%).
While the effect was only marginal between 140 and 150 ms (F(1,12) = 3.68; p = .079), it was highly significant between 150 and 160 ms (F(1,12) = 10.219; p = .008), with higher activity upon upright faces.
However, the relationship between CV and altitude was highly significant ( r = 0.809, P = 0.008; Fig. 2 ).
We observed a highly significant ( P = 0.008) negative correlation (correlation coefficient = −0.58) between circulating TNF-α and Marshall Score, taken across all time points in all patients (survivors and non-survivors; Fig. 2A ).
11 ) samples showed highly significant ( F = 7.64; P = 0.0080; species-environment relation variance explained by axis 1∶75.9%; and cumulatively by axis 1 and 2∶97.7%) clusters of species associated with fruit and coffee plantations (lower right quadrant), an intermediate group associated, to some extent, with most habitats examined (clustered in upper left and right quadrants), albeit most strongly associated with endemic- and introduced forest habitats, and a third cluster associated primarily with endemic forest.
The only marginally significant temporal trend observed was a decrease ( p = 0.008) in POM-C concentrations that occurred between spring and fall during the maize phase of the 3YR rotation, where POM-C fell from a spring high of 2.79 g cm -3 to a fall value of 1.48 g cm -3 ( Fig 1A ).
Interestingly however, we have found highly significant correlations between CCL20 signal intensities and three clinical parameters: 1) Vital status of patients (Alive – 535+/−58 vs. dead – 786 +/− 72, P = 0.008), 2) Tumor differentiation (Well differentiated – 334+/−83 vs. poorly differentiated – 793 +/− 88, P = 0.004) and 3) T score of TNM staging system (T-1 – 552+/−68 vs.
