Males, regardless of group, had higher expression of Tac3r in the nucleus accumbens (main effect of sex: F(1,37) = 4.10, p = 0.05) ( Fig 5A ), while the main effect of sex on Kiss1 in this region approached significance (F(1,36) = 4.04, p = 0.052) ( Fig 5B ).
vulgaris , the interaction “Year x Protection” was significant for biomass data ( Table 6 ) and only close to significance for abundance ( D . sargus sargus : p = 0.052; D . vulgaris : p = 0.053).
European LMIC (n = 20) showed the same trend as American LMIC, from 0.571 for 1990 to 0.582 for 2005, to 0.575 for 2015, at borderline significance ( overall P = 0.052).
The difference in expression of Chk2 between the two age groups was nearly significant (p-value = 0.052) where younger patients showed higher expression.
cruzi parasitemias, we detected a marginally significant decrease from 915 to 478 monocytes/mm 3 (paired t-test = 2.41; d. f. = 6; P = 0.052), while other leukocyte numbers did not differ (P > 0.05).
Subsequent analysis of the mean serum 25(OH)D concentrations of the 3 groups: controls (n = 116), IBD with elevated ESR (n = 19), and IBD with normal ESR (n = 37), showed a near-significant difference in 25(OH)D between the groups (ANOVA p = 0.052).
4b ), but a near-significant pairwise difference between the pre-GP (51.70±4.16 ng/mL) and GP stress magnitudes (64.88±5.34 ng/mL) GLM, Wald χ 2 1 = 3.791, P = 0.052).
The MNND Lactuca distance showed a marginally significant effect on the growth and recruitment of Lactuca (p = 0,052 and 0.085, respectively; see Table 2 ).
The main effect of Prime Type was marginally significant by participants, F 1 (2, 30) = 3.28, MS e = 56.44, p = .052, and significant by items, F 2 (2, 56) = 5.16, MS e = 79.26, p <.05.
The risk of readmission showed a trend of increase for patients with a higher Z-score transformed SI (OR = 1.34 for a one SD increase in Z-score transformed SI, 95% CI = 1.00–1.79, P = 0.052).
Between consecutive selection stages RAEs showed a marginally non-significant increase from county to regional stage ( χ 2 = 13.9; p = .052) and a non-significant increase from regional to national level ( χ 2 = 6.8; p = .451).
After removing the non-significant interaction term from the regression, a main effect of race was found for the R hippocampus (B = -.17; p = .012), L hippocampus (B = -.20; p = .003), and was marginally significant for the L amygdala (B = -.13; p = .052), wherein Whites had greater volumes than AAs.
After accounting for age and sex, in the rural group the factors maintained the same pattern of relationships with depression as before, with trust being nearly significant (p = 0.052); but neither sex nor age was a significant predictor of depression directly (p = 0.46 and p = 0.27, respectively).
In addition, we found that relationship closeness had a marginally significant moderating effect on the regression of P1 prosocial commission scores on P2 prosocial commission scores (b = .036, 95% CI b [.000, .072], β = .047, p = .052), though the reverse moderation was again not significant (b = .006, 95% CI b [−.025, .037], β = .009, p = .72).
The PE analysis revealed a borderline significant main effect of Previous Congruency, F (1,18) = 4.33, p = .052, yet no significant main effect of Current Congruency, F (1,18) <1, ns , indicating that incongruent trials did not evoke more erroneous responses (M = 4.3%) than congruent trials (M = 3.9%).
An increased risk of events ( P = 0.008) that almost reached significance in multivariate analyses ( P = 0.052) was also observed among patients with the TAC haplotype ( Table 3 ).
