Meta-analysis suggested a higher success rate in Biodentine group than CH group at a marginal significance (OR = 6.03, 95%CI: 0.97–37.6, P = 0.054; S5 Fig ).

A 28% increase in CatB activity was found after only the first day of lactacystin treatment (nearing significance with p = 0.054), and subsequent treatment days resulted in markedly up-regulated activity, increasing by 62–109% in a time-dependent manner (p<0.001).

The effect of the dual-task was to systematically increase the misperception of the point of deviation as predicted, though this trend was only marginally significant (repeated measures ANOVA, Effect of dual task: F [1] , [2] = 16.9, p = 0.054).

The one-factorial RM-ANOVA ( condition : stationary-online , moved-remembered , moved-online ) comparing slopes between conditions did yield a statistical trend (F 2,32 = 3.18, p = .055).

The density correlation function which relates seed content in fecal deposits to nearby deposit density was marginally significant at Martinazo (P = 0.055, Fig 5e ), exceeding the upper envelope at short (r = 0.5–2.5 m) and long (r = 47 m) distances.
