We found that the relative abundance of several bacterial taxa differed between cases and controls, albeit marginally significant.

Our data showed a trend towards having lower ER and PR immunoreactive scores in tumors that have low BRCA1 expression which is in agreement with previous studies showing BRCA1-related breast cancers are more frequently ER negative than nonhereditary breast cancers [ 30 ].

The V85% speeds show a decreasing trend from grade -0.04 to 0.03.

A previous study has demonstrated a simultaneous increasing bundle compliance trend and a decreasing trend of ventilator-associated pneumonia rate [ 25 ].

Furthermore, in the SPIN-UTI network an increasing trend of IAP rates was observed from 2006 to 2015 [ 6 – 10 ].

Our results have shown a negative trend of IAP risk with increasing number of bundle components and suggest that a large proportion of IAP, i.e. 40%, can be prevented by improving adherence to good practices.

Additionally, the association with male gender was marginally significant.

The outcomes of these models indicate that the coefficients of EMP are quite significant for the two, four and six-period lags where the four-period lags in A2 and B2 demonstrate the highest elasticity on industrial land developments.

A slight trend of decreased activity and increased in inactivity occurred in the 1 st week, but after 2 weeks, both mean worker activity and inactivity appear to have regained levels comparable to pre-removal levels.

First, we applied a two-way ANOVA with F-test statistics to test whether an overall trend exists over time in temperature (T), precipitation (P), N and S deposition, soil C:N ratio, soil solution pH and HSI and whether this trend is different between the climate scenarios and the deposition scenarios.

The correlation p-values for subsets of the data that include only those observations with both ΔC and |ΔL| values below various cutoff points revealed that correlations did not begin to trend toward significance until ΔC > 1.5.

This was significant in our dystonia cases, and even though the analysis of the PD cohort did not reveal a statistically significant difference between the migration and the non-migration group, there was a clear trend, and there were certainly individual patients who lost DBS effectiveness after lead migration.

Moreover, the abundance of a selection of enzymes involved in the TCA cycle showed an increasing trend; these enzymes include aconitase B (Thaps3_22914, 1.38-fold), the alpha subunit of succinyl-CoA synthetase (Thaps3_28000, 1.42-fold), the flavoprotein subunit of succinate dehydrogenase/fumarate reductase (Thaps3_13214, 1.22-fold) and malate/lactate dehydrogenase (Thaps3_20726, 1.12-fold).

Highly significant differences within the same age groups could be observed ( Fig 4 ).

In general, BRR in SHM had a decreasing trend whereas the opposite was observed for OVX, although time changes between initial and final BRR were not statistically significant (see also Table 2 ).

Within the CD3 + T cell subsets, we found a significant trend toward an increase in the percentage of CD4 + T cells and CD4 + /CD8 + ratio as well as in serum levels of IFN-γ and TNF-ɑ in the peripheral blood of EHs compared with those in NTs.

The additional regulatory mechanism for SP-B expression revealed here may be significant in vivo with respect to alterations of alveolar epithelial integrity, e.g., by inflammation or ventilation.
