The relative level of total MEK was also increased, while the level of total ERK as well as the ratios of p-MEK to MEK and p-ERK to ERK showed a trend of increase ( Fig 4 ).
Excerpts
Although there was an interesting trend for the differences between cfDNA released in low O 2 vs. ambient O 2 conditions, none of the differences were statistically significant ( Fig 1A ).
Although there was an apparent trend of increasing settlement from ambient 27°C (66%) to elevated temperatures of 30°C (+3°C ambient, 69%) and 32°C (+5°C ambient, 76%), the difference was not statistically significant.
a clear trendgold
However, there is a clear trend with the majority of patients with psychotic symptoms belonging to classes C and D and those without belonging to classes A and B.
However, this marginally significant effect of preseeding egg type does not survive a Bonferroni correction that accounts for multiple comparisons where the critical alpha value is revised to 0.025 (i.e. 0.05/2).
When repeating the above analyses combining our GCy sample to the aforementioned previously published GCy sample, TCy still appeared the closest population to GCy, with the p-value being marginally significant.

We then used DAMBE to detect the saturated conditions of the sequences [ 21 ]; the result of the DAMBE analysis was that ISS was less than ISS.c and p value was extremely significant (0.0000), suggesting that sequences was unsaturated and suit to construct phylogenetic tree.
Arsenic & cadmium Apis mellifera : Both the CA and IA fits were highly significant against a model of no joint effect.
The analysis of variance of the data on germination percentage and biomass yield revealed that a very highly significant differences existed between the genotypes and between the treatments ( Table 1 ).
The analysis showed a small peak crowned by rs6105452 with no surrounding highly significant EBV copy number associated variation ( S2 Fig ) ; and therefore, it was difficult to determine whether this represented a spurious signal.
pre-Brexit referendum) was 13.82% for London and 8.01% for the UK, whereas in March 2017 the respective rates are down to 1.53% and 4.1%, and continue to follow a decreasing trend.

The analysis revealed a slightly but significant bias in the case of the bone volume ( b i a s H i s t o − M R I : B o n e v o l u m e = 2.40 % , p < 0.005 ) and a clearly significant deviation for the remaining defect width ( b i a s H i s t o − M R I : D e f e c t w i d t h = − 6.73 % , p ≪ 0.005 ) .
The group concluded that a delay in sternal closure to be a major highly significant independent predictor with a hazard ratio of 6.27 [ 35 ].
It must be noted that although expression of most genes does not show a significant trend (due to high levels between-model variation) when we observe almost all cases, the expression of analyzed genes decreases with increasing levels of let-7d (value of the slope and correlation coefficient R is almost always < 0).
Modification of the Combs prognostic score In the multivariate analyses KPS, dose group, and MGMT were significant; PTV and re-resection were borderline significant ( Table 4 ).
Although it was not clearly linked to any baseline characteristics associated with poor prognosis, MDM2 had borderline significance associated with negative regional lymph node involvement, which is generally a favorable prognostic factor.
[ 3 – 7 , 10 , 11 , 13 , 17 , 22 ] We should bear in mind that other factors, especially above two factors may be significant depending on the patient landscape and context of the study.
This may be significant in case of the random stimuli, where lack of continuity between successive presentations of the dot may lead to each being treated as a new stimulus.
All but two of the included studies showed a trend towards a decrease in the number of children with a disorganised attachment pattern, with the odds ratios ranged from 0.18 to 0.97 and the effect sizes varied from large effects (0.95) [ 28 , 42 ] and (0.92) [ 35 ] to very small effect sizes (0.02) [ 33 ] and 0.07 [ 31 ] with the others having a medium or large effect [ 46 ].
The benefits of this outreach, which may be significant, were not included here.
As for the internalizing group, a borderline significant-difference was observed in the activity factor, which might suggest that the differences are too minute to be observed in our pilot study.
In multivariate analysis, female sex had borderline significance while risk was increased in centers with more than 20 cases ( Table 4 ).
Conclusions Despite the fact that our analysis was based on the assumption that respondents had a good relationship with their children, the findings of this study still showed a trend towards preference for living in the vicinity of adult children in urban China.
Preference for living in a nursing home The final model showed that for predicting the choice of living in a nursing home, the only variable that approached significance was the number of surviving children.
P <0.05 and P <0.01 were set as highly significant and significantly different, respectively.
