Correlation of UCE Capture with Specimen Age and DNA Quality We found that all investigated variables (pre-library DNA concentration, post-library DNA concentration, raw read count, UCE locus count, UCE mean contig length and UCE reads on target) decreased with increasing specimen age, and this negative correlation was highly significant in all cases (R = -0.36–0.75 and p < 0.001; Table 2 , Fig 2A–2E ).

field temperature were highly significant (P<0.001) and with average R 2 above 0.95) and actual warming was within ±5% of the prescribed value [35] .
This decreasing number of cells for all B cell subsets was most likely due to the progressive reduction of circulating total lymphocyte numbers (data not shown) in combination with a reduced frequency of CD20 + cells in PBMC ( P < 0.001) ( Fig 5A ), resulting in a highly significant and progressive reduction of total CD20 + cell counts ( P < 0.001) ( Fig 5B ).

Despite the difference was not significant in the 50–59 (53.6% vs 54.2%, p = 0.972) and ≥70-year-old age groups (121.1% vs 80.8%, p = 0.130), the overall difference between men’s and women’s remaining sLYD estimates was large and highly significant (101.6% vs 52.2%, p< 0.001).
We found that the full-null model comparison was highly significant (GLMM; χ 2 3 = 16.23, p = 0.001, N = 672).
Fishers exact test showed that the relationship between nonspecificity and inhibition was highly significant (p << 0.001) and that conventional primers produced significantly more nonspecificity (p = 0.008) and inhibition (p = 0.002) than did HAT-PCR primers.
After adjustment for origin the three miRNAs 122, 192 and 21 turned out to be highly significant co-variables in the logistic regression analysis (OR 0.592/p = 0.001, OR 0.487/p = 0.002 and OR 0.309/p<0.0001, respectively) ( Table 2 ).
ANOVAs showed highly significant difference in environmental variation ( P <0.001) for all traits and most variations was due to treatment time of waterlogging, indicating strong environmental effects.
The interaction term between negative sentiment and Horizon Worlds was highly significant ( β = 47.4 , p < 0.001), indicating that negativity in this specific context is exceptionally viral, a finding consistent with platform governance literature on “outrage economies” [ 34 ].
As shown in Table 3 , the Pearson correlation coefficient indicated a positive and highly significant correlation between the total UWES-9S and subscale scores (p < 0.001).
In a further step, correlations of the eight strategies were also analyzed, revealing only highly significant and mostly high correlations between the strategies, the lowest correlation was r = .449, p < .001 for situation selection and behavioral display.
Noninferiority was detected for all four outcomes; one-tailed superiority tests for each outcome were highly significant at P<0.001 in the expected directions.
T-tests revealed that the differences in the absolute relative errors were highly significant; specifically, the psychiatric patients misestimated timespans, whereas the healthy control subjects produced rather accurate time estimates ( t (152) = 3.28, p = .001).
The ILD test revealed highly significant (P<0.001) incongruence in phylogenetic structure between the largely nuclear ISSR data and the plastid sequence data.
There were also highly significant interactions between the juvenile and gravid female probabilities of occurrence in relation to both abundance and maximum temperature ( P <0.001; Fig. 5A–B ), suggesting a disconnect between microclimate influence on reproductive effort and successful recruitment.

Remarkably, there was a highly significant correlation (Spearman’s rho = 0.95, p<0.001) between BRCA1 and BRCA2 expression in the 19 cell lines ( Table 1 ), suggesting that these genes are co-regulated in HNSCC, similar to what has been shown in mammary epithelial cells [35] .
