Regarding CV-mortality a similar trend was visible although median T 50 Change did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.05, Fig. 4C and D ).
Excerpts
During the summer, the average ET a was 329.61 mm, with an increasing trend of 0.43 mm/year ( p < 0.05).
Along with the declining prevalence of COPD, a decreasing trend in the prevalence of COPD-related PH was identified from 2009 to 2018 (from 44.8 in 2009 to 33.1 in 2018 per 1000 person-year, p < 0.05).
The proportion of deaths caused by malignant tumor has an increasing trend from 2000 to 2008, and its APC = 1.7% ( P < 0.05) (Online Supplementary Figure s1 -A3).
In addition, while the AUC of DNI in patients with USG abnormalities was borderline significant ( P = 0.05) it was nearly comparable to that of CRP, both of which being much more significant than either the WBC count and ESR.
However, the creatinine-unadjusted concentrations of 8-OHdG exhibiting an increasing trend with duration of work history ( p < 0.05), which may be related to the accumulation of pollutants in vivo.
This positive association was also present in the DRD patients, this almost reached statistical significance after correction for multiple comparisons (r s = 0.64, p = 0.05) (Fig. 4 ).
However, as for female orchard workers, all 8 HRV parameters showed significant changes (P < 0.05), only meanHR showed an increasing trend, and the remaining time-domain parameters RR SDNN RMSSD, SDSD, PNN50, PNN20, CV showed significant decreases (P < 0.05).
Similarly, the Cd contents in shells showed a decreasing trend that was similar to those for roots and shoots in the maturity stage ( p < 0.05), and these contents decreased by 5.76, 23.02, 41.73, 42.45, and 43.17% for the C300, C600, C900, C1200 and C1500 treatments compared to C0, respectively (Fig. 2 c).
SNPs that were identified as being shared loci (GWAS-significant loci for BMI or WHRadjBMI and nominally significant (p < 0.05) for basal or stimulated lipolysis) were used as the exposure.
For insulin (panel A), there was a significant main effect of adolescent exposure (F (1,18) = 12.6; p = 0.002), no main effect of diet (F (1,18) = 2.1; p = 0.15) and a marginally significant interaction (F (1,18) = 4.1; p = 0.05).
However, the replication analysis provided a support for this association with a marginal significance ( p = 0.05), given 22% of outpatients carried this haplotype in comparison with 18% of inpatients.
ANOVA summary typical of experimental Plackett–Burman tests indicated that the model was highly significant, due to the low probability value (p value ~ 0.05).
Plant Zn 2+ concentration and translocation in wheat Analysis of Variance for Zn concentration showed that response of wheat to Zn application was highly significant (p ≤ 0.05) and a substantial difference existed among Zn uptake through different sources of applied Zn.
borderline significanceP-value = 0.05
Also, there was a borderline significance between GRS and vitamin B9 (P-value = 0.05) and fructose (P-value = 0.05).
Less pronounced was the summer air temperature signal in δ 18 O cell , expressed in marginally significant relationships between δ 18 O cell and July air temperature (r = 0.36, P < 0.05 ), July–August (r = 0.39) and JJA (r = 0.35), respectively (Fig. 2 b).
Of the 21 variants, 6 were nominally significant (p < 0.05).
Annual WUE exhibited a decreasing trend for shrublands (p < 0.05), an increasing trend for deciduous broadleaf forests (p < 0.05), and no significant trends for other vegetation types ( Fig.
Outcome metrics were calculated for the trial if either a) there was no significant trend (p > 0.05) or b) there was a significant trend (p < 0.05) and the coefficient corresponding to acceleration was below a threshold of 0.001 m/s 2 .
A nominally significant result was determined at the P < 0.05 threshold.
Among women, there was a borderline significant inverse association between obesity and DD (HR 0.55; 95% CI 0.33–1.00 p = 0.05) (Table 3 ).
Optimization of antibiotic production by response surface methodology (RSM) The results showed that the linear and quadratic effects of pH, temperature, inoculum volume, and agar concentrations were highly significant (P < 0.05), but the interactive effects of agar concentrations and inoculum volumes were insignificant (P > 0.05).
The P-value reflects the regression effect of the parameter 53 – 55 , P < 0.0001 means the regression effect of the factor is extremely significant, 0.0001 ≤ P ≤ 0.05 means the regression effect of the factor is significant, and P ≥ 0.05 means the regression effect of the factor is insignificant 56 – 58 .
In addition, a clear trend towards poor overall survival of the OC patients with moderate to high MYB expression was also recorded compared to the low MYB group (p = 0.05) (Fig. 3 A).
More than 600 highly significant motifs (p-value < 0.05) were identified in each cell line.
