Marginally significant changes in differential abundance were also observed for the orders Fusobacteriales ( W = 2, clr f statistic = 2.1), Bacteroidales ( W = 1, clr f statistic = 1.5), Pasteurellales ( W = 1, clr f statistic = 1.3) and Burkholderiales ( W = 1, clr f statistic = 1.4) (Fig. 4B ).
In another study, compared to normal values, patients with moderate renal failure (average creatinine clearance, 32–88 ml/min) showed a significant increase in Ala, Cit, Gly, Lys, Orn, Phe, Pro and Val (P < 0.005 to 0.001); conversely, Arg and Ser showed a decreasing trend although not significant 27 .
Mechanical tests The tissue tubes incubated in vivo for 24 days showed an increasing trend in the burst pressure from the static group (155.62 ± 15.02 kPa, n = 14), the slow pumping group (219.1 ± 26.89 kPa, n = 9), the fast pumping group (307.68 ± 29.1 kPa, n = 8), to the native aorta (444.7 ± 33.46 kPa, n = 12) (Fig. 1f ).
During the acute HCV infection we found a slight trend of a reduction of the TIGIT/PD-1 frequency of HCV–specific CD4+ T cells of the patient group that developed a chronic HCV (n = 6) infection compared to patients who later spontaneously eliminated the virus (n = 4) (Fig. 3D ), however this difference did not reach statistical significance (p = 0,0933) probably due to the small cohort size and larger cohorts are needed to investigate this question.
