SWD females’ levels of glycogen and TAG were significantly different depending on the feeding fruit media available, with the biggest difference occurring between females who fed on raspberry medium (lowest glycogen and TAG levels) and those fed on strawberry (highest glycogen and TAG levels), while total glucose levels showed a slight trend to increase on females fed on blueberry media.
Among the 20 OMIM derived gene-lists (CNS+ above 19), for the 78 sb-RPD gene set, statistically significant overrepresentation at p < 0.0025 (0.05/20) was noted for gene lists annotated with clinical synopsis terms ‘central nervous system’ (p cor = 0.026), ‘head and neck’ (p cor = 0.037), and a nominally significant overrepresentation for ‘peripheral nervous system (0.057) (Supplement S2 and S3 and Supplementary Table 4 ).
As presented in Table 2 , testing associations between schizotypal and psychopathic traits and MSIDT task performance revealed only one marginally significant correlation between schizotypal traits and behavioural reward processing, with the Disorganised dimension correlating with reduced response accuracy towards neutral stimuli, r s (132) = − 0.17, p = 0.045.
In under-median LD, there was a partially significant association between the divided categories, decreased incidence of low neonatal Apgar scores at 5 min and foetal acidosis in nulliparous women, and only UmA-pH < 7.2 in multiparous women without dose–response association (data not shown).
