The probability of finding a significant trend for a population increased with the monitoring duration (Binomial regression, B = 0.015, 95% CI = [0.007, 0.022], χ 2 = 15.47, p < 0.001; Figure S3a ).
Excerpts
The main effect of Administration time (pre ToT; after ToT; end-of-break, after-the-break) on the VAS fatigue was highly significant ( F (3, 66) = 23.82, p < 0.001, η p 2 = 0.52).
For both model variants, the effect of contrast was highly significant ( p < 0.001), whereas the effect of luminance was non-significant ( p > 0.285).
Moreover, for the ZPHI set, we observed a highly significant correlation (Spearman ρ = 36; P < .001) between the fraction of ambiguous nucleotides in the pol gene and the diversity of clonal env sequences [ 14 ], which confirms that the fraction of ambiguous nucleotides is a good marker for viral diversity.
Statistical comparison of the means using two independent samples t-test shows highly significant differences between the means (p<0.001).
ANOVA showed highly significant effects ( P < 0.001) of genotypes, environments, and genotype × environment interactions for GY in the seven EYTs ( Supplementary Table 2 ).
For all cases, significance level was established at α = 0.05, and defining 0.01 ≤ p < 0.05 as statistically significant (*), 0.001 ≤ p < 0.01 as highly significant (**), and p < 0.001 as whole level significance (***). 3.
Using phylogenetic ridge regression of S 1 against time, we observed a highly significant decreasing trend in S 1 for K = 1 (Fig. 2 a, slope = −149.18, p < 0.001, Table 1 ) and, to a lesser extent, for K = 3 (not shown).
Differences from absolute values (not adjusted for baseline score) were highly significant (P<0.001) in all eight domains in favour of satisfied patients.
All correlations remained highly significant ( p < 0.001) after Bonferroni correction.
Correlation Analysis There were highly significant positive correlations between urea (URE) and total nitrogen (TN), and between URE and soil organic matter (SOM) ( p < 0.001), with correlation coefficients of 0.97 and 0.95, respectively; this indicates a synergistic transport relationship, as depicted in Figure 7 .
Stratifying patients by this cut-off, it represents a statistically highly significant prognostic marker for both the overall and disease-free survival in the entire cohort UICC I-IV (both p<0.001) and in early tumor stages UICC I+II (overall survival p=0.003 and disease-free survival p=0.005).
The remarkable difference in the total BIS-11 score between groups was quite significant (p = 0.001), and a post-hoc test revealed that Group 3 had scored much higher than the other two groups (Table 5 ).
Positivity of plasma EBV-DNA at diagnosis was a highly significant prognosticator of OS (HR, 8.38; 95% CI, 3.03-23.19; P <0.001).
Generalized Linear Model A likelihood ratio test comparing the null and the full Generalized Linear Model was highly significant (χ 2 = 225, df = 7, P< 0.001) ( Table 5 ).
Due to a very large size of the cohort most P -values are significant ( P < 0.05) and many are highly significant ( P < 0.001).
The PRC index for set size 2 was highly significant, t (61) = 4.44, p <.001, d = 0.56, as well as the PRC index for set size 9, t (63) = 4.63, p <.001, d = 0.58.
A univariable extended Cox regression ( Table 2 ) demonstrated a strong and highly significant association between FRS (in percent) and graft failure (hazard ratio (HR): 1.04, 95%CI: 1.02–1.06, p < 0.001, model 1), indicating a 4% increased risk of developing graft failure over the course of 10 years, per percentage increase in the FRS.
The Wilcoxon test indicates highly significant ( p < 0.001) differences in the individual parameter values of V max and Km between the tCRS groups.
This difference is highly significant ( p < 0.001), with a 95% confidence interval of −35.7507 to −6.7075 min.
The variability in PLA 2 activity was most comprehensively described by a model including TAR, AMDTR, and Annual Precipitation (APN), accounting for up to 22.64% of the variance (R2 = 0.2264) with a highly significant p-value (p<0.001).
A highly significant positive correlation was found between Zn and Fe ( r = 0.54; P < 0.001) content of the breeding lines, therefore it was possible to breed for both properties in parallel.
The correlation between the two superordinate factors was significant and positive ( r = .70; p < .001), and the factor loadings were highly significant ( p < .001) (see Figure 1 ).
A highly significant relationship between AgeAccelGrim and sex ( T 4,94 = −5.200, p < 0.001) was also expected, given that sex is included in GrimAge calculation (Lu et al., 2019 ).
