The CCorA model applied revealed that there was only a single canonical dimension between the two datasets, which was found to be very highly significant ( p <10 −6 , Wilks'-Lambda test); this first dimension corresponded to a canonical correlation of 0.99, which accounted for 67.2% of the total variance.

An additional 79 variants were marginally significant ( p < 1.00E-06) and are described in Supplementary Table S3 .
Our results show a highly significant difference in response to radiation damage between DAOY cells grown in adherent conditions and DAOY spheres (Fig. 4 ; Table 4 , p < 0.000001).
The difference between ASLs and ASELs means was highly significant ( p < 10 −6 ), and the variances were highly significant different ( p < 10 −6 ).
This is a highly significant enrichment relative to the <3% of background genes with known interactions (Fisher’s test p < 10 −6 ), confirming that our analytical pipeline is an effective approach to enrich for druggable targets. 645 (34%) of the compounds are predicted in a single patient, ranging from 15 in patient 17 to 205 in patient 18, further highlighting the importance of a patient-specific approach (Fig.
This analysis revealed a highly significant negative correlation (Pearson r = − 0.95, P < 0.000001) between the two variables (Fig. 1 ), which suggests that the breeds with a low genomic diversity have a high proportion of amino acid-changing SNVs compared to those with a high genomic diversity.
At 24 h (Test B), delayed cutaneous responses were again higher in phototypes I–II (1.01 ± 2.02) compared with phototype III (0.00 ± 0.00), with the difference remaining highly significant ( p < 1 × 10 −6 ).
The heart, which had the lowest spirochete load, was set as the reference; the spirochete load was higher in the bladder (5.2x), ankle joint (5.4x), dorsal skin (25.7x), right ear (122.2x), and left ear (147.7x), and these differences among mouse organs were highly significant (Fig. 1 ; p < 0.000001; see section 5 in the ESM for the complete analysis).
Two SNPs on chromosome 5 and eight other SNPs on chromosome 12 were also associated with CIPN at a marginal significance level of p < 1.0 × 10 −6 .
Three unfavorable characteristics were selected as highly significant in all three models: Older DonorAge (yr) ( p < 0.000001), Longer StaticColdStorage Time (hr) ( p < 0.000001), and Higher RecipientBMI ( p ≤ 0.00003).
The likelihood ratio test was highly significant (χ 2 = 49.02, df = 10, p < 0.000001), as was the Wald test (χ 2 = 51.80, df = 10, p < 0.000001), indicating that the predictors collectively contributed meaningfully to HBV status classification.
Furthermore, the comparison of the FMCA survival curves for TC and CRISPRa-RPA1 groups using the factorial ANOVA produced a highly significant difference ( p < 0.000001).
There was a highly significant positive correlation between the number of CRD components and the according cycle duration (Kendall’s tau = 0.38, p < 0.000001).
In contrast, highly significant differences were observed among the crop species (F 2,18 = 615.70, p < 0.000001; Table 1 ).
Among these, nfa23460 , nfa38830 , nfa43970 , and nfa9390 exhibited highly significant differences (P < 0.000001).
Of the 134 network components, 65 (49%) show a significantly rhythmic mRNA expression profile in liver, a highly significant enrichment when compared to a random selection of genes from this expression data set (p<10 −6 ; Chi-squared test).
For each breed, SNPs with a minor allele frequency (MAF) lower than 1% or with a highly significant deviation from Hardy–Weinberg proportions (p < 1.0 −6 ) were excluded.
All other combinations of methods and scenarios had highly significant sensitivity (P < 1.0 × 10 −6 ) and specificity (P < 1.0 × 10 −6 ) compared to the baseline value 0.5, except for sensitivity of Lasso in Scenario 2 (P = 0.90).
Highly significant differences in the levels of composite biomarkers were found between AD groups and normal controls ( p < 0.000001, one-way ANOVA), whereas differences in the levels of a single biomarker were only significant at the level of 0.001 (Fig. 4a–f and Supplementary Fig. 28 ).
For consistency, we also examined this relationship using the 1000 Genomes phase II data and found similar highly significant relationship between N e for homozygous SNVs ( P < 10 − 6 ) (Additional file 1 : Figure S1).
We found nominally significant overlap of epigenetic up- or downregulated H3K4me3 loci and loci harboring SNPs with suggestive associations (GWAS P < 1 × 10 –6 ) with major depression disorder (MDD) in the GDG set for the SZ14 ( P = 0.04) groups (Supplementary Table 11 ).
Such a difference is highly significant ( p < 0.000001, Figure 5 a) and corresponds to a significant difference ( p = 0.02656) between the corresponding E distributions.
These complex conversions explain the highly significant deletion bias observed at the 9A/19A (RR = 0.00; P < 1 × 10 −6 ), favoring the transmission of the 9A over the 19A ( Table 1 ).
Specifically, the evidence grading criteria were as follows: If the association was supported by a highly significant random-effects ( P < 10−6, a threshold considered to substantially reduce false positive findings) 10 – 13 , a sample size of more than 1000 cases, P < 0.05 in the largest study, I2 < 50%, absence of small study effects, a PI excluding the null, no evidence of excess significance bias, and P < 0.05
All results were highly significant with p < 0.000001.
