Specifically, the evidence grading criteria were as follows: If the association was supported by a highly significant random-effects ( P < 10−6, a threshold considered to substantially reduce false positive findings) 10 – 13 , a sample size of more than 1000 cases, P < 0.05 in the largest study, I2 < 50%, absence of small study effects, a PI excluding the null, no evidence of excess significance bias, and P < 0.05
Excerpts

Notably, the TCT:M2TAM ratio was highly significant ( p ≤ 0.000001) in two HGSOC cohorts.
The overall model fit was strong, with a pseudo-R 2 of 0.438 and a highly significant likelihood ratio test ( P < 0.000001), indicating that the model explains a meaningful portion of the variability in patient outcomes ( Table 4 ).
In this study, a highly significant ( P < 10 −6 ) and consistent decline was observed with the frequency of consumption. 250 Similarly, another case-control study in Puerto Rico ( n = 314) found that consumption of sofrito (a diet based on garlic and onion) was inversely associated with the occurrence of BC.
A three-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant behavior × USV × respiratory frequency interaction ( F (32,1344) = 5.44, p < 0.000001) and further two-way ANOVAs showed a significant main effect of USV for both freezing ( F (1,21) = 6.29, p = 0.02) and escape ( F (1,21) = 18.05, p = 0.0004) states.
The difference between AD and HC was 64.47% with 95% confidence interval from 56.87% to 72.08%, and it was highly significant ( P < 0.000001).
The difference between the removal of the 5224 genes with high LEVs (improvement of interlaboratory correlation of 0.03) and random deletion of 5224 genes (mean increment of interlaboratory correlation of –0.00016) was highly significant ( P < 10 −6 ).
As expected, highly significant enrichment was observed in the mutant cells for ‘Wnt Receptor Signaling’ (p < 1e-6).
Results Meta-analysis of 9953 females combining discovery (N = 4658) and replication (N = 5295) stages detected four (rs11162584, rs6760543, rs828104, rs56137030), six (rs139702234, rs2341967, rs73059848, rs5020945, rs550532151, rs61971548), and two genetic variants (rs7722169, rs7206790) suggesting a highly significant association ( P < 1×10 −6 ) with BMI, WHR, and WC, respectively.
6, the text now reading “Numbers of SNPs that were nominally significant ( P < 1 × 10 −6 ) in the IPF GWAS meta-analysis and also eQTL” originally read “Heatmaps presenting the numbers of eQTLs that were nominally significant ( P < 1 × 10 −6 ) in the IPF GWAS meta-analysis” and has now been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
3 Results 3.1 Evaluation of the Visual Screening Test as Early Reading Predictor 3.1.1 Correlations Between Percentile at the Visual Search Screening Test Performed in Kindergarten and Z‐Score of 3rd Grade Reading Efficiency Figure 3 displays the correlation for the full sample (gathering children assessed at 3, 4, and 5 years old and categorized in percentiles) which appeared highly significant (r = −0.24, p < 10−6, n = 494).
This is in accordance with Christoph et al .’s study, which reported a statistically highly significant ( P < 0.000001) result, showing non-buffered local anaesthesia to be 2.8 times more painful than buffered local anaesthesia.
Indicator Species Multi-response permutation procedures (MRPP) showed an extremely significant difference in species composition across an edge-to-interior gradient in an overall comparison (Table 2 , P < 10 −6 ).
Two SNPs on chromosome 5 and eight other SNPs on chromosome 12 were also associated with CIPN at a marginal significance level of p < 1.0 × 10 −6 .
Twenty-five additional independent loci showed moderately significant ( P < 1 × 10 −6 ) associations, nine with endometrial cancer overall, nine specifically with endometrioid histology, and seven with non-endometrioid histology (Supplementary Data 2 ).
The difference, when tested by a likelihood ratio test, is highly significant (likelihood ratio chi-square = 931.0514, DF = 17, p < 0.000001).
Similarly, ‘IBD Region’ (left colon, right colon, rectum, sigmoid, transverse, ileum) showed highly significant associations in UC and CD ( p < 0.000001), indicating that anatomical location of involvement may be another important component of the molecular heterogeneity underlying IBD.
An additional 79 variants were marginally significant ( p < 1.00E-06) and are described in Supplementary Table S3 .
We find a considerable fraction (~30%) of Pol III-occupied loci reside within CpG islands, a highly significant overlap (p-value<10 −6 ), and a striking correlation exists between Pol III occupancy and CpG content at Pol II promoters.
