the time from diagnosis (in radically treated patients) until the first appearance of regional recurrences or distant spread, and overall patient survival (survival time until death from thyroid cancer) were compared across seasons. RESULTS Registry cases The 2627 thyroid cancer cases diagnosed in Norway during 1970-85 showed a highly significant time-effect when incidence was compared across 12 months (X2 = 119.3, P<0.00001) or four seasons (x2 = 35.6, P<0.00001), being highest during the last 3- month period October-December (Figure IA).
Excerpts
This is a highly significant increase over previous levels ( t = 14.79, df = 94, P<10 −5 ).
There was a highly significant correlation between staining intensity and the percentage of positive cells for EGFR as well as pl85HER-2 (Spearman; rs=0.83, P<0.00001).
The greater proportion of cures occured when the interval between the attenuated inoculum and the treatment in situ of the unmodified tumour was in the region of 4 to 5 weeks, the effective period apparently being not less than 2 weeks and continuing up to about 7 weeks. Comparing the 3-month result for this whole experimental series (26/123) cures with the observed control series treated at the same dose (0/97 cures) indicates a highly significant increased radiocurability at the probability level p < 0.00001.
This comparison identified 3,487 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) that met a fold change cut-off of >2 with a highly significant, Bonferroni corrected pvalue (p < 0.00001).
Statistical analysis of the obtained data showed highly significant ( p < 0.00001) differences in all domains of quality of life between the studied time points.
High IL-2 levels, IFN-γ levels, CD4 subset, and CD4/CD8 ratio, and low IL-10 levels and CD8 subset in HS were highly significant ( P <0.00001–0.005).
Correlation of the results in two successive examinations, that is, the change from one examination to the next in each individual patient, showed a positive, highly significant association between aCNV and CFT (p<0.00001, r=0.690) ( figure 4A ).
During the Conditioning phase, highly significant (p<0.00001) main group and training day effects were observed and those were sustained over the entire period of Conditioning.
ESM-1b t s + ECFP) is statistically highly significant (McNemar’s test: p < 10 −5 ).
When the blind evaluator rated photos, there was a slightly smaller but still highly significant decrease in score (−1.1) from day 0 to day 360, t(36) = −10.712, p < .00001] with no significant decrease in effect from day 60 to day 360 in most patients as can be shown in Figures 2 – 4 below, with the minority of patients having minimal regression, Figures 5 – 7 .
The differences were highly significant ( p < 0.00001) for both a 2 h treatment and an overnight treatment, suggesting that if we had used the earlier material in the second trial it could have proved more effective.
This was also highly significant ( p <0.00001).
Though the differences were small, particularly on the original task, they were highly significant (P < 10 −5 ).
3-way ANOVA for mechanical thresholds as a function of animal grouping, day of test, and paw tested was highly significant for all 3 factors (for animal grouping F 2,199 = 370.; for test day F 3,199 = 157.; and for paw tested F 3,199 = 1407.; p < 10 -5 for all 3 factors), for their pair-wise interactions (p < 10 -5 ) and for their 3 way interaction (p < 10 -5 ).
This analysis focused on the remaining three high-quality RCTs (n = 217), revealing strengthened evidence for topical CCBs: the odds ratio for unhealed fissures increased to 3.12 (95% CI = 1.78–5.47, p < 0.0001), while the previously nonsignificant difference in side effects became highly significant (OR = 13.16, 95% CI = 5.05–34.3, p < 0.00001) with resolved heterogeneity (I 2 = 0%).
The test for overall effect was highly significant (Z = 5.57, p < 0.00001), indicating a significant association between knowledge scores and experience across all categories.
Astrocyte and endothelial expression appears normal, while highly significant down-regulation of Oligodendrocyte genes was found in the Caudate Nucleus ( p < 0.00001, 0 d ( γ X , γ D ̄ ) = 13 . 1 ), Cingulate Cortex ( p < 0.00001, d ( γ X , γ D ̄ ) = 11 . 6 ), Hippocampus ( p < 0.0057, d ( γ X , γ D ̄ ) = 4 ), Middle Temporal Gyrus ( p < 0.0001, d ( γ X , γ D ̄ ) = 5 . 7 ), and the Temporal Pole ( p < 0.0001, d ( γ X , γ D ̄ ) = 8 . 2 ).
As expected, different subphyla harbor very different sets of TEs, as revealed by a highly significant interaction between taxonomic group and TE family ( F 38,1103 = 7.43, P < 0.00001).
12/15 studies (80%) reported significantly higher CXCL10 levels in vitiligo patients compared to controls, resulting in an overall highly significant CXCL10 concentration in the blood of vitiligo patients (P < 0.00001) ( 13 – 20 , 22 , 23 , 25 – 28 ).
The strikingly different microsatellite distribution in isolates carrying a resistant or a sensitive haplotype was highly significant (chi-square test P < 0.00001).
