Preoperatively this range averaged 2.8 mmHg (SD 2.4, MAX 14, MIN 0) which was decreased to 1.8 mmHg (SD 1.7, MAX 10, MIN 0) at month 12, a difference that was highly significant (P<0.00001).
Excerpts
This finding was statistically highly significant (Z = 5.44, P < 0.00001), supporting a strong association between the intervention and the outcome in cohort studies.
The difference between the MS and the control group regarding the frequency of a positive MRZ, MRZB or MRZBU reaction, as defined by a bi- or trispecific response, was highly significant ( p < 0.00001, Mann–Whitney U test, irrespective of whether the single steroid-treated control patient was included or not).
However, when considering the combination of adding CBCL+BPRS, this yielded a strong increase in prediction accuracy that was highly significant compared to considering only the SIPS (MSE of SIPS=0.74±0.62, MSE of SIPS+BPRS+CBCL=0.716±0.59, p<0.00001) or separately adding BPRS (p<0.00001), or CBCL (p<0.00001) (see Figure 3C ).

Although, individually, 5 studies data did not reach statistical significance [ 63 , 80 , 87 , 88 , 99 ], the overall effect showed the reduction of CRP levels after supplementation (MD: −1.10, 95% CI: −1.26, −0.93, p < 0.00001, Figure 13 ).
In multivariate analysis, a significant correlation between CRE acquisition and weeks of hospital stay was seen ( p < 0.001), however not with healthcare cost, the latter likely due to highly significant ( p < 0.00001) co-variation between healthcare cost and weeks of hospital stay.
Subgroup analysis was highly significant ( p < 0.00001, I2 = 94.1%), clarifying that digital exercise improved ASMI compared to “maintain original lifestyle” but was comparable to “offline exercise”.
Results Copper levels were higher in group II showing statistically highly significant results compared with that of group I with p ≤ 0.00001.
This difference was highly significant (χ 2 = 30.12, P < 0.00001), with a RR of 7.14 (95% CI: 3.58–14.23), suggesting that tubing obstruction may significantly contribute to urinary stasis and infection.
The FLA demonstrated the shortest mean duration (10.88 ± 1.2 min), with a highly significant difference (analysis of variance F-test, P < 0.00001) compared to the eyebrow, bifrontal trans-basal, and pterional approaches.
5 C, D indicated that the correlation between estimated and ground-truth EC was highly significant ( p < 1e-5) for low NSR (NSR < 0.3) and remained significant ( p < 0.005) even for large NSR (NSR ≥ 0.3).
The Pearson correlation for each metric across the two periods was highly significant ( p < 0.00001) and ranged from 0.86 to 0.92, demonstrating high reliability (Fig. 4 ).
The relative amino acid composition of FFS and LFS varied in accordance with DoF and the relationship was found to be highly significant (ANOVA, p < 0.00001).
The pooled results demonstrated a robust and highly significant survival benefit in patients diagnosed under Sepsis-3 criteria (OR, 0.47; 95% CI, 0.39–0.57, P < 0.00001) ( Figure 6A ) and Sepsis-1/2 (OR, 0.61; 95% CI, 0.41–0.90, P = 0.0008) ( Figure 6C ).
SNP Selection and Genotyping According to the results of GWAS, six highly significant variants ( P < 1 × 10 −5 ) were selected for further validation.
All correlation coefficients between these two datasets were above 0.99 (Pearson’s r ) and highly significant with p < 1e-5.
21 We performed a meta-analysis of the two studies, which yielded highly significant evidence for association (odds ratio 0.77 95% confidence interval 0.69–0.87, P =1 × 10 −5 ) with no evidence for heterogeneity between the two cohorts ( P =0.81).
Importantly, this was supported by our data with a highly significant decrease in CSF acetylcholine levels (Figs. 2 , 3 , and Table 3 , 0.36-fold change, p <0.00001).
A linear regression model between vehicle occupants’ death rate and seatbelt noncompliance in our published data was highly significant ( P <.00001) ( Figure 1 ).
Highly significant difference was also observed in staining intensities between low malignant cases and highly malignant cases (χ 2 test, P<0.00001).
Dunn’s post hoc test showed highly significant differences between the intermediary and dry periods ( p = 0.00001) and between the rainy and dry periods ( p = 0.000001).
The mean behaviour of these groups of genes in response to heat shock displays a highly significant positive correlation (Pearson r = 0.312, p < 0.00001, Spearman r = 0.314, p < 0.00001; electronic supplementary material, file S2), such that those mRNAs corresponding genes more distant from transcription initiation sites increase in abundance while those close to transcription initiation sites decrease.
The difference between DN-tail-tip and GFP control monolayer dextran influx was highly significant (p ≤ 0.00001), considering that TRITC-dextran was already present between cells upon initiating live image acquisition in DN-tail-tip experiments ( Figure 8D ).
There was a highly significant and very strong correlation between the TRAK and the volume encompassed by the reference isodose surface volume (15 Gy isodose) ( p < 10 −5 , rho = 0.84) ( Figure 1 ). 3.3.
27/96 for vfl2 ) was highly significant ( P < 0.00001 based on Fisher's Exact Test).
