GO enrichments for the lightgreen module are highly significant for “secretory granule” (p=2.14E-38), “secretory vesicle” (p=1.96E-36), and different specific neutrophils-associated terms such as “neutrophil activation involved in immune response” (p=1.04E-35), “neutrophil degranulation” (p=1.04E-35), “neutrophil activation” (p=2.00E-35), and “neutrophil mediated immunity” (p=2.64E-35).

We measured the relative abundance of the total ether-linked lipids and observed a highly significant elevation ( p -value = 2.94E-38) of total ether-linked lipids at 48 h post virus infection ( Figure 5C ).
A highly significant S-PrediXcan signal ( p = 6.10e–38) was also obtained for this WDR19 intron cluster in testis, however the evidence for colocalization with the GWAS peak was low (PP.H4.abf = 0.39).

A second, highly significant set of associated variants in 1q32.2 was defined by the lead SNP rs570516915 ( P = 5.25 × 10 –34 , OR = 8.65, Fig. 2b ).
