Furthermore, COWAS discovered a highly significant effect of the interaction between APOE and LDLR on AD risk ( P < 1e−50).

The Spearman correlation coefficients (ρ) were 0.83 for both the nonstimulated and EGF-stimulated conditions, with highly significant p -values <1 × 10 –50 .
