There was a highly significant effect of time (F (5, 153) = 12.80, p < 0.0001) and treatment (F (1, 34) = 4.892, p = 0.0338), but no significant interaction (F (5, 153) = 1.584, p = 0.1677) over the 6-week period indicating that the animals learned the rules of the task, with anthocyanin-rich extract fed animals performing better than the control fed animals.

The trim-and-fill analysis imputed two additional studies, resulting in an adjusted pooled HR of 1.24 (95% CI: 1.13–1.37), which remained highly significant ( P < .0001) and similar to primary analysis.

Chi-squared comparison of the frequency of mutations in the V genes expressed by hybridomas derived from BP2 transgenic mice revealed the frequency difference between endogenous canonical V H genes and B29 promoter-driven 36-65V H genes present in hybrid loci was highly significant ( P <10 −4 ).
The use of ventilators for non-survivors (29.5%) was almost twice that given for the survivors (15.2%), and ICU admission was more than twice for those who died (21.2%) compared to that for the survivors (8.4%), both with a highly significant p -value ( p < 0.0001).
Particularly in primiparous women, the difference in acceptability between cervical massage and membrane sweep was highly significant (p = 0.0001) ( Table 8 ).
Gram-negative enteric rods in periodontal pockets was highly significant and positively correlated with presence of A. actinomycetemcomitans (r=0.652, P <0.0001) and also both organisms were highly significant and positively correlated with PD, CAL, and BOP [ Table 2 ].
Methylation level difference was highly significant (p<0.0001) for all CpGs in LINE-1, Alu repeats and in p16, APC SN1, ACIN1 SN1 and SN3, BCL2, CD44, TNFRSF10C.
At the vestibular area, TRIOS demonstrated the lowest RMS value, followed by VPS and Medit, with a highly significant difference ( P < 0.0001).
The highly significant difference between these two values (Z=49.36, p<0.0001) indicates that co-innervations are not random, and suggests the existence of cooperative or joint-causality mechanisms for the innervation and control of nearby chromatophores.
A paired t ‐test confirmed that this advantage was highly significant ( t (10) = 11.32, p < 0.0001, one‐sided; mean difference = 0.029, 95% CI [0.023, 0.035]; Cohen's d = 3.41), with the Wilcoxon signed‐rank test in full agreement ( W = 66, p = 0.0005).
The concentration of poloxamer 407 exhibited a highly significant effect ( p < 0.0001), while the quadratic term (A2) was also significant ( p = 0.0059).
For sub-lineage K-IIc, both neutrality tests were strongly negative and highly significant (Tajima’s D = −0.0850, p < 0.0001; Fu’s Fs = −27.7220, p < 0.0001), jointly pointing to a pronounced excess of rare haplotypes consistent with a recent and rapid population expansion.
After adding MTM constructs, the final model remained highly significant (F = 11.12, p < 0.0001) with an adjusted R 2 = 0.5151, indicating that 51.5% of the variance in initiation was explained.
However, when the subpopulation BAtnV that is also characterized by the highest seroprevalence level of the area, was removed from the analysis, the correlation involving genetic structure became highly significant ( r 2 = 42.6, P = 0.0001) ( Figure 4B ).
MMP-8 levels also showed an increasing trend ( P < 0.0001) with increasing pack-year category, although no trend was seen with MMP-9 levels (Additional file 4 ).
When an analysis was conducted for subject preference for JUP versus PER only, this difference in favor of JUP was highly significant ( z = 4.76, P < 0.0001; Figure 3 ).
Further survival analysis of these three clusters ( Figures 2C, D ) revealed a highly significant difference in survival rates between the clusters (p-value < 0.0001).
This difference between cDNA and gDNA is highly significant for each replicate: (Family 1: ANOVA, F 1,6 = 443.36, p<0.0001; Family 2: F 1,6 = 39.60, p = 0.0007; Family 3: F 1,6 = 219.02, p<0.0001).
parasuis field isolates, a highly significant protection was conferred by the vaccination in the survival rate ( p < 0.0001), regardless of G. parasuis TbpB cluster and SV, since all non-immunized piglets died within the initial three days post-infection (dpi) (Table 2 ).
