The comparative statistical analysis using one-way ANOVA indicated that there were highly significant interspecies cytotoxic activity differences (**** p < 0.0001), while on the other hand only a few comparisons didn’t show any significant difference (ns) (Fig. 4 ).
The 1st study null hypothesis was comparatively rejected concerning the material factor as the obtained results showed a highly significant difference in marginal adaptation (evaluated from the marginal gap distance mean values) [F (1,36) = 35.80, P < 0.0001] and the fracture resistance mean values [F (1,36) = 641.2, P < 0.0001] between G1 “Nanoksa G-PLUS” and G2 “VITA ENAMIC” endocrown restorative materials; (Tables 2 and 3 ; Figs. 8 and 9 ).
Upon comparing baseline and post-operative Venham's picture test scores, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test revealed a highly significant difference in the Binaural auditory beats group (p = 0.0001), indicating its efficacy in anxiety reduction.
As this effect had only borderline statistical significance, and was not important for interpreting the results, it was collapsed and the analysis was re-run The main factor Group was highly significant, F (1,35) = 25.7, p <.0001, r 2 = .021, as well as the main factor Level, F (1,35) = 656.7, p <.0001, r 2 = .93.
As shown in Table 2 , the model selected by the test was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
Kaplan–Meier survival curves for all groups were compared using a log-rank (Mantel–Cox) test, which revealed a highly significant difference among treatments (χ 2 = 73.94, df = 7, p < 0.0001).
The combined pre-and post-treatment changes in the two studies showed a highly significant improvement of 40% in the mean Cochin hand function score (95% CI 26%–55%, P = 0.0001, Wilcoxon test).
Morphometric analysis revealed a highly significant reduction in cell size in the spt7Δ mutant compared to WT ( p < 0.0001, Figure 6 B). 3.4.
Importantly, multivariable Cox analysis demonstrated that CCNF remained a highly significant predictor of OS independently of histologic grade and TNM stage (HR 2.86, 95% CI 2.02–4.06, p < 0.0001; Table 4 ).
While the differ- ence in trichocyst content is highly significant (p < 0.0001), the amount of membranes fused is not different (even at p > 0.1; determined by U-test). dure (a serious risk, as we had learned in pilot experiments with commercial equipment) might have hampered its more general use.
Association of DOX-induced cardiotoxicity with CBR3 V244M genotype status We compared left ventricular systolic function from pre- and post-DOX treatment echocardiograms in each CBR3 V244M genotype group and found a highly significant effect of DOX treatment on left ventricular systolic function (F[1,89] = 50.33, p < 0.0001, two-way ANOVA).
The model for VS was highly significant (F = 65.10, p < 0.0001) with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.991, an adjusted R2 of 0.976, and a predicted R2 of 0.864.
Data were considered statistically significant at p < 0.05 (* p < 0.05, significant; ** p < 0.01, very significant; *** p < 0.001, highly significant; **** p < 0.0001, extremely significant). 3.
Our IPO reconstruction exhibits highly significant agreement with instrumental IPO data from 1880 onward ( r = 0.85, P ≤ 0.0001; 1880 to 1995).
Comparing the control group with group-k (which was provided with a mixture of three HMs), group-k had highly significant absorption of HMs (ANOVA, p < 0.0001, F ratio 18296, df bc = 5, df wc = 30, total df = 35) of HMs.
Among patients without indication, prestroke antiplatelet use was associated with lower mortality (OR 0.73, 95% CI: 0.56–0.96; P=0.0221), but longer hospital stay (OR 1.03, 95% CI: 1–1.07; P=0.0327), and more recurrence of ischemic stroke and TIA (OR 1.59, 95% CI: 1.48–1.70; P<0.0001); while among patients with indication, there was a marginally significant inverse association of prestroke antiplatelet use with NIHSS ≥16 (P<0.0001) and mRS ≥2 (P=0.0003), and prestroke antiplatelet use was not associated with length of hospital stay, recurrence of ischemic stroke and TIA, or mortality.
PB) is highly significant ( χ 2 (1) = 96.01, p < 0.0001; effect size, r = 1.789).
All these final selected variables showed a highly significant negative relationship with the infection rate (p < 0.0001; Tmin r = − 0.25, AP r = − 0.23, RH r = − 0.21).
