A consistent and highly significant reduction of ALP levels was observed following GFT505 treatment in both studies (S1 −16.4% [−∞ to −12.4]; S2 −24.5% [−∞ to −19.1], all P < 0.0001) ( Tables 2 and 3 and Fig. 1 D ).
The effects of salinity and Zn concentration on final biomass were highly significant after 90 d of treatment (two-way ANOVA, Zn×salinity: P <0.0001 for both tiller and root dry biomass).
When comparing the correlations among mutational impacts defined by our MD metrics (i.e., dCORR and dFLUX), we find a highly significant correlation between dCORR values for DNA and RNA ( r = 0.58, p < 0.0001) and between dCORR values in DNA and dFLUX values in RNA ( r = 0.55, p < 0.0001).
We found highly significant correlations between HRQOL and the activities of daily living measured by the Barthel Index ( p < 0.0001; r = −0.6946; r 2 = 0.4825; Figure 1 A), the MDS-UPDRS part II ( p < 0.0001; r = 0.6586; r 2 = 0.4338; Figure 1 B), and motor impairment evaluated by MDS-UPDRS part III ( p < 0.0001; r = 0.4562; r 2 = 0.2081; Figure 1 C).
3 a): A one-way ANOVA showed a highly significant between-groups difference ( F (4,55) = 10.32; p = 0.0001).
After log transformation and analysis of variance, the difference in initial NfL levels between the three groups was highly significant ( F = 25.83, p < 0.0001).
Biochemical analysis has showed that ALB was highly significant in HCC than control group (P =0.0001).
With respect to X 0 , all variables were highly significant (P < 0.0001) and were therefore included in the final model (detailed in Supplementary information: model outputs).
This 27.9% relative difference was highly significant (P<0.0001).
The ANOVAs for both size and shape reveal that the main effect of ‘tooth germ’ is highly significant ( P < 0.0001) compared to digitizing error, meaning that digitizing error in placing landmarks on tooth germs is highly negligible ( S1 Table ).
A strong positive correlation was observed among differential immune cells, with CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells showing a highly significant positive correlation (cor = 0.92, p < 0.0001), indicating a prominent co-expression pattern between these lymphocyte populations ( Figure 6 d).
This is confirmed by what is shown in Table 9 , where the results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that the model as a whole was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), and the model adequacy was confirmed by several statistical indicators.
In addition, all measurements of Q A redox state and g s in all lines could be described by a single highly significant positive correlation ( P < 0.0001, ANOVA; Fig. 1h ), consistent with a role for Q A redox state as an early determinant for stomatal opening in response to light intensity 17 .
We conducted a subgroup analysis excluding patients with CKD to compare high versus low calcification groups, and the results were highly significant with a P value <0.0001.
Mean composite test battery scores showed a highly significant difference between impact and control groups (linear mixed-effects regression analysis, P < 0.0001).
The main effect of the three games on the mean MAO (not including DG in which the recipient did not have the rejection option) was highly significant ( F (2, 240) = 51.71, p < .0001, η 2 = .301).
After 12 months, uMCP1 excretion was lower in the tolvaptan than in the placebo group, but did not reach statistical significance until 24 (13.8 ± 3.4%, P<0.0001) and 36 months (14.4 ± 3.7%, P<0.0001).
The model was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) and showed an improved R 2 m of 0.3180 (Fig. 4 , right; Supplementary Table 6a ), supporting an immunometabolic contribution to clinical severity within EBV-naïve/low participants.
The results indicated that drug release from all the screened formulations was very highly significant compared to that from drug suspension ( P < 0.0001), thus suggesting a higher bioavailability potential of the drug.
The difference in the slopes between the Braf wild type and mutant mucosal samples was highly significant ( P <0.0001), reflecting the temporal accumulation of DNA methylation events following induction of the Braf mutation.
Statistical analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that, while there was a highly significant effect for sex ( F (1, 131) = 873.4, P < 0.0001), there was none for Wolbachia ( F (1, 131) = 0.03728, P = 0.8472).
