One-way ANOVA exhibited a significant trend ( P < 0.0001) between the control and 8 Gy of radiation.
Excerpts
For qPCR validation, we selected genes representing different functional categories within the WGCNA red module: (1) TIMP1—the hub gene identified by machine learning; (2) HCLS1 and C5AR1—two of the five candidate genes with known immune regulatory functions; (3) THBS4 (Thrombospondin 4)—although not among the final five candidate genes, THBS4 was a highly significant DEG (log2FC = 8.36, p < 0.0001) within the red module with established roles in extracellular matrix remodeling and cardiac fibrosis ( 28 ).
Our IPO reconstruction exhibits highly significant agreement with instrumental IPO data from 1880 onward ( r = 0.85, P ≤ 0.0001; 1880 to 1995).
For pTau181, we observed highly significant effect modification by amyloid status (interaction β = 0.65, p < 0.0001).
For both traits, we detected highly significant differences between genotypes (subplots, P< 0.0001), with the 1RS xR lines showing higher NDVI and grain yield than the 1RS xW lines ( Fig. 1 ).
Furthermore, after the introduction of ICIs, both total and cancer-related medical expenses per capita showed an increasing trend [β: $4.56K, standard error (SE): $0.27K, P<0.0001 and β: $4.54K, SE: $0.27K, P<0.0001, respectively].
Correlation between reference and MRI-based temperatures are highly significant (all p -values < 0.0001).
The mixed-effects model analysis indicates highly significant effects of time, treatment groups, and their interaction on hepatocyte viability ( p < 0.0001 for all).
In our study, rs9939609 also showed highly significant association with waist circumference in both NHS98 Chinese ( P < 0.0001) and NHS98 Malay ( P = 0.001); waist circumference data were not available for SiMES Malays.
However, the maximum seasonal concentrations differed significantly between the sites (Kruskal‒Wallis p < 0.0001) and a highly significant latitudinal trend of increasing maximum vitamin D 3 at more southern sites was observed (Mann–Kendall trend test p < 0.0001).
A two-way ANOVA revealed a very highly significant difference in cytotoxicity between GSE and GSE-TiO2NPs ( P < 0.0001 ) across all concentrations (Fig. 10 ).
The ordinary one-way ANOVA results showed an extremely significant decrease in cell viability after 48 h of incubation in contrast with the cell control ( p < 0.0001, and 0.01 < p < 0.05, α = 0.05), while an LC50 for the ELExt could not be calculated because of a very low cell mortality rate even at higher concentrations [ Figure 8 iii].
For the remaining data, we observed a highly significant effect of interaural correlation on ITD thresholds ( F (1,19) = 30.25, P < 0.0001).
Statistical analysis confirmed that all intergroup differences were highly significant ( p < 0.0001), indicating that variations in formulation composition and network density were effectively translated into distinct swelling behaviors.
RESULTS One way ANOVA test on intergroup comparison was applied which disclosed difference in hardness values both among different experimental groups and control group and suggested a highly significant p-value (p ≤ 0.0001).
The ANOVA of FCCCD demonstrated that the model used for CNPs green synthesis was highly significant, as was evident from the model F -value of 182.74 with a very low P- value of < 0.0001 (Table 2 ).
All comparisons between coffee rhizospheres were highly significant: INT-Coffee x ORG-Coffee p<0.0001, df = 39; INT-Coffee x TRN-Coffee p = 0.0002, df = 39; and ORG-Coffee x TRN-Coffee p<0.0001, df = 39.
We found a highly significant increase in synaptic abnormalities in oocytes from BPA-exposed females (16.0% versus 52.0% of cells in placebo and BPA, respectively; χ 2 = 134.8; p < 0.0001; Figure 1 A), largely attributable to increases in two categories of abnormality: “incomplete synapsis,” in which a single chromosome pair remained unsynapsed in an otherwise normal pachytene cell (0.5% in placebo versus 11.0% in BPA; Figure 1 C), and cells with end-to-end associations between nonhomologous SCs (7.7% in placebo versus 25.6% in BPA; Figure 1 D).
Statistical Inference Precision: The article reports highly significant p -values (e.g., p < 0.0001) from experiments with only three biological replicates per group.
We found a highly significant correlation between chronological age and epigenetic age for both baseline (V1) and week 12 (V2) calculated using the Hannum (V1: p < 0.0001, R = 0.74; V2: p < 0.0001, R = 0.77; Fig. 2 A) and Horvath (V1: p < 0.0001, R = 0.69; V2: p < 0.0001, R = 0.70; Fig. 2 B) clocks.
We performed a sensitivity analysis to test the reliability of the meta-analysis, which showed that removing any one study would not lead to a marginally significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0.0001; Supplementary Figs. 35–36 ).
Furthermore, time after collection was a highly significant factor contributing to stability in FGM concentrations for both assays (cortisol EIA, d.f. = 100, F = 6.17, P < 0.0001; and corticosterone RIA, d.f. = 100, F = 5.4, P = 0.0002).
