Treatment with higher dosages showed a dose-dependent recovery in the sperm count, with the human equivalent dosage showing a highly significant increase ( p < 0.0001) in the sperm count compared to the fertility impaired group, but this number was only 16.5% of the sperm count in the healthy control group.

We initially compared the two genotypes including all the trials, and we observed a strong trend towards increased latency in juvenile Scn2a +/− female mice (two‐way repeated measure ANOVA on both days, F (4.177, 154.5) = 8.796, p < 0.0001 for trial effect, F (1.37) = 3.895, p = 0.056 for genotype effect and F (5.185) = 0.4196, p = 0.83 for genotype × trial interaction), but no difference in adult mice (two‐way repeated measure ANOVA on both days, F (3.460, 86.51) = 4.052, p = 0.0068 for trial effect, F (1.25) = 0.9008, p = 0.35 for genotype effect and F (5.125) = 0.51, p = 0.7693 for genotype trial interaction).
A highly significant effect for the dose variable was found (F(5, 38) = 122.5, p < 0.0001), indicating that different doses resulted in significantly different blood glucose concentrations.
A highly significant negative correlation between RUNX3 and vimentin protein was observed in these gastric cancer samples ( P < 0.0001; Fig. 8 C).
A paired t ‐test confirmed that this advantage was highly significant ( t (10) = 11.32, p < 0.0001, one‐sided; mean difference = 0.029, 95% CI [0.023, 0.035]; Cohen's d = 3.41), with the Wilcoxon signed‐rank test in full agreement ( W = 66, p = 0.0005).

solanacearum in the rhizosphere soil showed a trend of increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of soil pH (R 2 = 0.5569, P < 0.0001, Fig. 1A ).
Two-way ANOVA revealed highly significant main effects for both analgesic group (F = 503.44, p < 0.0001, ****, η 2 = 0.329) and surgery type (F = 329.15, p < 0.0001, ****, η 2 = 0.430), as well as a significant interaction effect (F = 41.06, p < 0.0001, ****, η 2 = 0.215).
7B-3 , right panel, mixed ANOVA revealed no significant effect of group: F (1, 240) = 0.5557, not significant after FDR correction, but highly significant effects of time: F (15, 240) = 8.4108, P < 0.0001, and interaction between group and time: F (15, 240) = 3.1105, P = 0.0001].
Also, a log–log regression of TD on D is highly significant ( t =–10.63, 38 df, P <0.0001).
There was a highly significant difference in long-term graft survival between these two groups (log-rank test p < 0.0001); Figure 3 . 4.
The correlations between these measures are highly significant (Pearson p < 0.0001).
On the valence dimension of DEAP, the statistical significance of the difference is relatively low ( p = 0.02>0.05, t = 2.50), while on the arousal dimension, the difference is highly significant ( p < 0.0001, t = 4.78).
For VAY, all linear effects (X 1 2 , X 2 2 , X 3 2 ) and interaction terms were highly significant ( p < 0.0001), with the linear term of extraction time (X 1 ) in UAE and the liquid–solid ratio (X 2 ) in WBE displaying particularly significant. 2.2.2.
