58 Our results revealed that the TT genotype and the T allele distribution were dominant in the HCC group rather than the CT and CC genotypes in the control group, with a highly significant difference between the two groups, P = 0.0001.

Geometric morphometrics Investigations into shape differences revealed highly significant shape differences ( P < 0.0001) between polar bear individuals sampled in the west (from both Kane Basin and Baffin Bay management units) and east (from the East Greenland management unit).

The percentage of children from urban area had more bleeding than that of rural area and it was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), and the percentage of children from rural area had more calculus than that of urban area and it was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) [ Table 2 ].
But given the number of phonemes presented to the participants, our results are highly significant: all p < 10−4.
For seven of these apicomplexan infections, the reduction was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), where between ~ 30 and ~ 70% of recovered reads were derived from the host using the earlier method versus between ~ 1 and ~ 20% for UPDx (Fig. 2 a).
The month/year effect was strong, as can be seen in Fig 5 , and was highly significant (p < .0001) in all cases.
The increase in thickening was highly significant at AP, PP and MP (P<0.0001) while it was non-significant at the point of maximum thickness (P=0.2680).
The differences between the ALS and control groups in the proportion of osteopenic individuals was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
As in the exponential fit model, there was a highly significant effect of stimulation condition (F 3,1549 = 21.3, p <.0001).
Searching for any of the ICD-10 codes related to delivery, infections during delivery or puerperium time, identified 120 cases, and among these the proportion caused by e mm28 was highly significant (55.8%, 67/120, p < 0.0001, Table 1 ).
In all cases, the antioxidant formulation (samples I, II, and III) had a highly significant effect ( p -value < 0.0001, see Supplementary Materials Tables S1 and S2 ).
The ANOVA results reveal that the treatment temperature ( B ) and treatment duration ( C ) are the most significant factors, with F -values of 306.36 and 99.49, and p -values of <0.0001 and 0.0002, respectively. The quadratic terms ( A 2 , B 2 , and C 2 ) are highly significant ( p < 0.0001), indicating a clear nonlinear relationship.
Figure 4e shows the highly significant levels of necrosis in neurons caused by MS A-FT ( p < 0.0001).
Kaplan–Meier survival analysis revealed that patients of the high-risk score group had highly significant shorter OS rates than those in the low-risk score group ( p < 0.0001) ( Figure 4 B).
Of the four SNPs with significant or borderline significant IL-2 associations in the whole blood assay, only rs10507173 was associated with CD4+ IL-2 production ( p <0.0001, general linearized model), though the association was driven by a single minor allele homozygote outlier (2H) and was not significant under a dominant model ( p = 0.95).
Of the 80 SNPs, two were identified exhibiting highly significant LD ( p < 0.0001; D’ > 0.95, r 2 > 0.85) with rs35286811 (i.e., rs72798738 and rs11678584 ( Table 4 , Figure A1 )), and for each of these, as for rs35286811, the minor allele was the risk allele.
A highly significant cytotoxic effect ( p < 0.0001) was also identified in both cell lines, at 100–700 μM in MDA-MB-231 and 100–400 μM in MDA-MB-468.
The difference was statistically highly significant (χ 2 = 31.36, df = 1, p < 0.0001).
The association of duration of use remained highly significant for moderate or greater AR ( p < 0.0001) but the association with moderate or greater MR did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.09, one-sided) while the trend for moderate or greater TR remained statistically significant ( p = 0.007, one-sided).
Once again, Gnetin C exhibited the most profound effects in both cell lines and highly significant inhibition of cell migration ( p < 0.0001) compared to Res and Pter ( Figure 3 C,D). 3.3.
Calendar year explained 79% of the observed variance (R2 = 0.786), indicating a substantial acceleration in treatment initiation over time, the slope of this decline was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
A highly significant decrease ( P = 0.0001) in RD was noted from baseline to 6 months.
The difference between WT and KO mice in the distribution of β-catenin expression was also highly significant (p < 0.0001, Mann-Whitney Test).
