Notably, we found the rate of overlap with Neanderthal introgressed segments to be highly significant ( P < 0.0002, permutation test) ( Fig. 2B ), supporting the hypothesis that certain NUMTs were introduced into the modern human genome via archaic admixture rather than by chance.
Excerpts
The nonlinear SUA–PSE association was preserved (P for nonlinearity < 0.001), and the nonlinear sex × SUA interaction component remained highly significant ( p = 0.0002), confirming that the sex‐dependent pattern is not attributable to severe‐stroke cases.

7 Here, at 13 months posttreatment, BST-CarGel treatment resulted in a highly significant improvement ( P = 0.0002) compared with MFx alone in the total macroscopic score, which encompasses the assessment of lesion fill, integration to native cartilage, and surface quality of the repair tissue.
A highly significant positive correlation was observed across groups between the levels of Aβ-IgG immune complexes in CSF and serum ( r = 0.54, p = 0.0002; Figure S2 in the Supporting Information).
Indeed there is a highly significant correlation between urinary glucose and the glucose tolerance test area under the curve (r=0.623, p=0.0002), a measure of insulin resistance not directly influenced by food intake.
This increase starts already at birth, remains constant throughout childhood s as shown by other groups ( 4 , 9 ) results in relative increase of the memorand adolescence, and is highly significant (linear regression intercept p = 0.0002, slope p = 0.54) (Figure 1 C). cTFHs Are Expanded in DiGeorge Syndrome To correct for the relative increase of memory CD4 + T cells in DiGeorge, we compared the percentages of CXCR5 + memory CD4 + T cells (cTFHs) of all memory CD4 + T cells (gating strategy shown in Figure 2 A).
For example, the spread of saccade latencies was 3.2 times smaller than that of hand latencies, a highly significant difference ( p < 0.0002; Bartlett's test), in neuron R238 which occupies one end of this range.
Interestingly, our data revealed that a highly significant increase in myocilin expression (11.8-fold) was observed in TM region of the responder eyes compared to vehicle-treated eyes ( p = 0.0002); and there was a fourfold increase in myocilin expression in GC responder eyes ( p = 0.0004) compared with GC non-responder eyes.
As demonstrated in Fig 4B , 12 out of 18 (66.7%) patient samples showed a highly significant increase in plasma CgA levels (P = 0.0002) during tumor progression which was in total nearly nine times higher (mean increase of 291.3 U/l) compared to samples derived from patients with NEN of the colon and rectum.
A clearly significant difference between the two groups could be noted (F(1, 204) = 14.2; p = 0.0002).
Surprisingly, there was a highly significant excess of inter-chiral mating, both at each site separately, and using the pooled data ( χ 2 2 = 17.7; P = 0.0002; based on simulated random mating).
In contrast, the difference between APU and APP on edibility ratings was highly significant (F[1,58] = 16.025, p<0.0002; power = 0.987) ( Figure 1d ).
In contrast, the reduction in leukocyte counts was highly significant (P = 0.0002, F = 6.11) at the 0.05 level.
Correlations computed within each group further strengthen the distinct AD vs HC responses, showing a clear trend within the former group (Spearman rho < −0.92, p < 0.0002, FDR < 0.003, n = 10) but no statistically significant relationship in the latter (Spearman rho = 0.39, p > 0.38, FDR > 0.38, n = 7).

Pregnancy rate according to cleavage Further analysis of ETs with cultured embryos revealed that highly significant PRs were observed when ≥2 cleaved embryos were transferred (42.2%) than when 1 cleaved embryo (16.9%, P =0.0002) or embryos without cleavage were transferred (3.2%, P ≤.0001) [ Table 4 ].
This decrease was highly significant compared with the control group ( p < 0.0002) and reflected a decrease in sulfate incorporation of 48% (Figure 1a ).
This difference was highly significant (GROUP effect: F = 21.18; P = 0.0002; Fig. 3a ) and was apparent during both the ramp and hold phases, and at both force levels (P = 0.01).
