Results Metabolism of MMST Fasting total serum silicon For the 14 participants with complete serum datasets, four weeks of supplementation with MMST led to a markedly significant increase in fasting serum silicon concentration (mean 272 μg/L) compared to baseline (mean 173 μg/L: P = 0.0002) or to placebo (mean 191 μg/L: P = 0.003) (Figure 2 A).
cereus HKS 1–1 was highly significant ( p < .0002) among the test strains. 3.2.2 Antibiotic sensitivity test The strains of B. cereus were found susceptible to different antibiotics (Table 2 ) in the Epsilometer test (E‐test) method, which was referred as an authentic way of high‐throughput sensitivity detection by Turnbull et al.

A highly significant correlation was obtained for tumor volume measurements (Pearson correlation coefficient r = 0.90, CI: 0.654 – 0.974, p = 0.0002) using micro-CT-scan examination when compared to autopsy findings (Fig. 4b ).
This analysis revealed highly significant dependencies between FAA and the six EDA features (all p < 0.0002 ), indicating robust non-linear relationships.
The differences between the populations are highly significant for both Cmax values, as determined by 3-group permutation ANOVA (p < 0.0002 for both) and pairwise Wilcoxon test for sparse vs dense (p = 2e-18 and p = 9e-14 for Cmax = 90 nM and 900 nM, respectively).
The difference was highly significant (P = 0.0002).

Cytotoxic effects of 5′DFUR, and to a lesser extent those of 5FU, were enhanced in TP clones as compared to control cells: there was a highly significant correlation between TP activity and in vitro sensitivity to 5’DFUR (r 2 = 0.91, P = 0.0002, n = 8) and, to a lesser extent, to 5FU (r 2 = 0.49, P = 0.053, n = 8).
This was a highly significant difference ( p = 0.0002).
WGCNA highlighted a highly significant “turquoise” module comprising 78 downregulated genes ( P = 2e − 04).
However, there was a highly significant decline in the amplitude of the AHP in all cells by 13.5 + 3.2% ( n = 12, P = 0.0002) ( Fig. 7 A and D ).
showed a trendp = 0.0002
Two weeks after surgery (visit 2), TBUT showed a trend toward the initial mean value observed at the screening visit in group A, while it further decreased in group B ( p = 0.0002).
This increase starts already at birth, remains constant throughout childhood s as shown by other groups ( 4 , 9 ) results in relative increase of the memorand adolescence, and is highly significant (linear regression intercept p = 0.0002, slope p = 0.54) (Figure 1 C). cTFHs Are Expanded in DiGeorge Syndrome To correct for the relative increase of memory CD4 + T cells in DiGeorge, we compared the percentages of CXCR5 + memory CD4 + T cells (cTFHs) of all memory CD4 + T cells (gating strategy shown in Figure 2 A).
approached significancep = 0.059
As shown in Figure 4C , the differences approached significance in the case of isoform B (t = −1.97, p = 0.059) and were highly significant in the case of isoform C (t = −4.31, p = 0.0002).
In line, a highly significant positive correlation between IL18 gene expression and HIF1α scores was observed ( r = 0.6516 and p = 0.0002; Figure 5D ).
A highly significant ( p = 0.0002) QTL, located at 38.46 cM (D19Mit53) on chromosome 19, had a LOD score of 5.78.
Similar to mid-term mortality, subgroup analysis showed that LVEF improvement was quite significant in levosimendan vs. placebo subgroups (mean difference: 5.65%, 95%CI: 2.72–8.57%, P=0.0002, I 2 =33%) ( Figure 4 ).
However, subtle recovery differences in RPS between treatments were observed at distinct recovery times after the first values taken 12 hours after the eccentric exercise: the RPS differences between 12 and 36 hours post eccentric exercise were highly significant ( p = 0.0002) with blueberries, whereas only a slight difference was observed between these two time points in the control condition ( p = 0.031).
