In a multivariable analysis of EFS including pre-transplant IDDA v2.1 ≤ 14 / ≥15 and HCT-CI ≤ 2 / ≥3 and the interaction between these prognostic factors, as well as age at transplant and date of transplant, neither IDDA v2.1 ( p = 0.059, HR = 4.6) nor HCT-CI ( p = 0.057, HR = 7.1) were independently significant, but the interaction between these two factors combined (HCT-CI ≥ 3 and IDDA v2.1 ≥ 15) was highly significant ( p = 0.0005, HR = 18.0), Fig. 3 H.

These differences were highly significant (paired t-test, p < 0.0005 for both comparisons).
These findings suggest that the potent antitumor activity of irinotecan is further enhanced by TG6002/5-FC, with the combination showing highly significant efficacy compared to controls ( p < 0.0005).
There was also a significant trend ( P = 0.0005) of increasing PC3 level with increasing pack-year category (Table 6 ).
The highly significant difference ( P < 0.0005) between uptakes in HER2-positive and HER2-negative xenografts at 2 h postinjection confirmed the in vivo targeting specificity.
The multiple linear regression model that included all EMG responses (corrugator and zygomaticus) per condition was highly significant F (12, 22) = 5.092, p = 0.0005.
Furthermore, in a mixed-effects regression of log(RT) on |p-0.5|, where p is the mean group probability of choosing the selfish option, we find a highly significant effect (p = 0.0005).
A highly significant negative correlation between changes in mydriasis and pupil size at rest could be observed both on the hypertonic (r = − 0.921, p < 0.0005, Y = − 1.269X − 0.010) and on the hypotonic side (r = − 0.800, p < 0.0005, Y = − 1.399X + 0.09).
At the same time, there was a significant trend toward reduced in-hospital ( P =0.0005), 30-day ( P =0.004), and 1-year mortality rates ( P =0.01).

For this group, Bartlett’s test indicated the adequacy of the data to apply FA with a p -value highly significant ( p < 0.0005), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis H0: The correlation matrix is equal to the identity matrix.
Conclusion From the above concrete observations, it can be hypothesized that AHCC is promoting proliferation and differentiation of leukocytes (multipotent stem cells), as it is seen that the genes responsible for these such as LAT, FLRT2, GIT-1, and so forth, as seen in Figure 5 , are upregulated and highly significant ( P < 0.0005).

It is unclear why the rate of transduction should differ for Cx36 −/− and Gnat1 −/− cones; the difference was however highly significant (p < 0.0005) and could in some way reflect the better space clamp of the Cx36 −/− cones in the absence of electrotonic spread of current through gap junctions.
