This beneficial effect of E2 was similar for Tie2Cre + ERα lox/lox mice, as indicated by the 2-way ANOVA results, which show the absence of any interaction ( P =0.86) and a highly significant effect of E2 treatment ( P =0.0006).

The Treatment*MAOA interaction was not significant across all delays, but RMANOVA across the shorter delays (2,4,8,16 s), completed by all but one subject, showed a highly significant interaction (F(1,23) = 9.27, p = 0.0006) and a significant fluoxetine effect in the hi-MAOA subgroup (post hoc comparison, p = 0.0003).
The first primary outcome variable tested, the difference between groups in TBUT, was in fact, highly significant (p=0.0006), and it is worth noting that the difference between groups for the second primary outcome, OSDI, did not approach statistical significance (p=0.9843).
Analysis of the frequency trend with age (in centenarian and control groups combined) for polymorphisms in APOC3 and CETP ( Figure 1 ), revealed a highly significant ( p < 0.0006; β = 1.89 [95% CI, 0.2–3.6]) monotonically increasing frequency trend for homozygosity for the APOC3 −641 C allele (CC)(rs2542052), and near-significance (β = 3.06 [95% CI, 0.33–5.8, p = 0.069]) for homozygosity for the CETP codon 405 valine allele (VV)(rs5882).

ovalifolium was highly significant (t = 4.69; df = 11, p = 0.0006).
This effect is statistically highly significant (γ = 95%, p = 0.0006).

More formally, using a mixed linear effects logistic regression model that treated dataset as a random factor (which also controlled for SNP platform because dataset was nested within each platform), the overall association between schizophrenia and Froh in the combined sample was highly significant (β = 16.1, z = 3.44, p = 0.0006 in the imputed data, and β = 17.98, z = 3.89, p = 0.0001 in the raw data).
