When we explored the correlation between LDLc‐score and LDL‐C levels in subjects who were FH/M+ or FH/M−, a positive trend was observed among subjects who were FH/M− ( R , 0.13; P =0.0006) that was even more marked among subjects who were FH/M+ ( R , 0.15; P <0.0001) (Figure 3 ).
Association between smudge cell percentage and other prognostic factors The percentage of SC was inversely associated with lymphocytosis: a decreasing trend in the lymphocyte count was observed when the SC percentage was high (>30%) ( r = −0.51; p = 0.0006) ( Figure 2 A).
In the dominant model, carriers the C allele indicates protection to malaria, carriers of the C allele were compared to individuals with the T allele, and the difference is highly significant (OR 0.52 [95% CI 0.37–0.76]; p = 0.0006).
Differences in survival times of rMVAGnGc were highly significant (χ 2 = 17.48; df = 3; p = 0.0006). 3.3.

Effect of treatment, landscape diversity, and prairie vegetation on the bee community Regression analyses with the presence or absence of prairie strips and Shannon landscape diversity as independent variables indicated that strip treatment had a highly significant effect on the abundance of all bees ( Fig 3a and S6 Table ; p = 0.0006), 8 common bees ( Fig 3b ; p = 0.0014), 9 common bees ( Fig 3c ; p = 0.0022), and uncommon bees ( Fig 3d ; p = 0.0002).
