However, in the peritoneal cavity, a major anatomic residence of B-1 cells, neonatal SpA treatment resulted in a highly significant mean 78% reduction ( P = 0.0006) in the frequency of V H T15 transgene–expressing peritoneal B-1 cells (Mac-1 + B220 + ) (7.9 ± 1.1%, n = 7) compared with control treated mice (36.5 ± 3.2%, n = 6) ( Fig. 7 A).
As expected, all of these findings were accompanied by a highly significant difference in overall survival between the CTC groups (57.9 months for patients with CTCs <5 CTCs/7.5 ml versus 27.3 months for those with ≥5 CTCs/7.5 ml; P = 0.0006).
The difference was highly significant for total species richness ( χ 2 = 11.921, P = 0.0006) and exclusive species richness ( χ 2 = 42.667, P = 0.0001) but was not significantly different for the richness of plant families ( χ 2 = 1.463, P = 0.2265, Figure 3 ).
A highly significant difference (p < 0.0006) was observed when we plotted and compared the fold regulation of STAT1-dependent genes vs .
Statistical analysis via one-way ANOVA confirmed a highly significant dose-response relationship (p = 0.0006), and a comparative analysis showed that the 4000 ug/disc concentration was statistically superior to the active control, caspofungin (5 ug/disc; 15.56 mm average, p = 0.0028).
The difference between type A and type D is particularly pronounced, with a highly significant difference of 5.47 ( p = 0.0006), showing that type D has a significantly higher opening distance than type A.
However, the interaction with radiotherapy was highly significant ( p = 0.0006).
Statistical analysis of α-synuclein immunofluorescence in the striatum revealed a highly significant main effect of group (F (2,24) = 10.17, p = 0.0006), whereas neither sex (F (1,24) = 0.621, p = 0.438) nor the group × sex interaction (F (2,24) = 0.094, p = 0.911) showed significant effects.
When analyzing the relationship between each baseline covariate and post-operatives HMGB1 levels (Table 4 ), no association was found statistically significant, except for baseline HMGB1 levels ( p < 0.0001), indicating that patients with higher level before surgery mostly kept high levels after surgery. Discussion Summary of findings The present study indicates that at least 75% of non-cardiac surgical patients experienced a decrease in MMSE levels 6 weeks postoperatively with a highly significant mean drop of 2.1 ± 3.1 points ( p = 0.0006).
When we explored the correlation between LDLc‐score and LDL‐C levels in subjects who were FH/M+ or FH/M−, a positive trend was observed among subjects who were FH/M− ( R , 0.13; P =0.0006) that was even more marked among subjects who were FH/M+ ( R , 0.15; P <0.0001) (Figure 3 ).
The between-group comparison confirmed a highly significant difference ( p = 0.0006).
GPT: Although depth and ramus relationship scores remained stable, a highly significant shift was observed in angulation (C3) assessment ( P = .0006), leading to a significant change in the total PDS ( P = .0007).
All P values were highly significant (highest P value= 0.0006), so any inflation of the type I error due to the lack of adjustment for multiple admissions for the same patient (only 1.43 on average) would not have significantly affected the analysis. 15 Figure 2 shows the scoring system for the point values assigned to each of the predictor variables.
3.5 Aggregate statistics across simulations In our simulations, we calculated the SD of elbow angles ( Supplementary Table S5 ) and defined flexibility as SD > 10°, because at the 10° threshold the mutant showed a highly significant shift (two-sided Fisher’s exact test, P = 0.0006; Supplementary Table S6 ).
However, when sample datasets with no hypermutated sequences were excluded there was a strong trend for hypermutated sequences to decline with increasing viral loads: p = 0.0006 and 0.06 for gag at the first and second time windows, respectively, and p = 0.005 and 0.02 for env (Supplementary Fig. 4 ).
Comparison of data shown that there is an extremely significant association (P = 0.0006, 95% confidence interval = 0.01628 to 0.4011, power of the study: 92.2%) between infection status of mother and acquiring of infection by the children born to them.
This difference in curvature is somewhat subtle, but was very highly significant ( p = 0.0006, permutation test).

Correlation analysis showed a highly significant positive correlation between the proportion of Oil Red O-positive adipocytes and the expression of CD271 in muscle-derived MSCs (Rho = 0.6304, p = 0.0006) (Fig. 5 c, left), whereas bone-derived MSC showed no such correlation (Rho = − 0.03668, p = 0.8649) (Fig. 5 c, right).
A comparison of the mEHT-treated and nontreated patients with the same stage brain tumors in the same research group in Italy [ 74 ] showed a highly significant ( p = 0.0006) response rate compared to the conventional control and also for GBM ( p = 0.026).
