When applying the CV mortality results in univariate Cox regressions, we observed a highly significant risk reduction resulting from supplementing the participants with selenium and coenzyme Q10 for four years, also after 12 years (HR:0.58; 95%CI: 0.42–0.79; P<0.0007).

IBD among the NE Atlantic samples from the Bay of Biscay to the Canary Islands (including the Alboran Sea) was highly significant ( r = 0.903, P = 0.0007; matrix 7×7).

This strategy led to a highly significant 3‐fold decrease in gonocyte viability compared to equivalent populations of untreated cells ( P = .0007) (Figure 7A ).

In the joint analysis of samples with intravenously derived indices of insulin sensitivity, nominally significant associations were observed between the disease risk allele and reduced insulin sensitivity for the IRS1 ( P = 7 × 10 −4 ) and ADCY5 ( P = 6 × 10 −3 ) loci ( Table 2 and Supplementary Fig. 2 A and B ).

The E2F transcription factor E2F1 just missed significance in RNA-seq (log2FC = −1.08, p -value = 0.0007, padj = 0.087).

There was highly significant association of H2-tagging rs8070723-G allele with reduced risk of LOAD in the Mayo Clinic cohort (odds ratio = OR = 0.81, p = 7.0E-4) with remarkably similar OR estimates in the JS and RS series (Additional file 1 : Table S3) and in the independent ADGC cohort (OR = 0.89, p = 1.3E-4) (Table 1 ).

If the number of pregnancies are grouped so that three or more pregnancies are placed in the same category, as in most previous studies (Byers et al., 1982; McMichael & Potter, 1984; Potter & McMichael, 1983; Weiss et al., 1981), there is a highly significant protective trend with increasing numbers of pregnancies (P = 0.0007) (Table II).

Post hoc t tests (with Tukey correction for multiple comparisons) revealed that TTX increases in activity were highly significant in both WT (p=0.0007) and TKO (p<0.0001) slices and that TTX produced a significantly stronger increase in the TKO (p<0.0001), while the baseline activity of cells from slices derived from the TKO and WT do not differ significantly (p=0.92).

A similar pattern was observed for SMS, SMOX and SRM, all of which were associated with poor prognosis in LIHC, while the others did not show any highly significant difference (SMS; HR 1.9, p = 7e−04; SMOX: HR 1.7, p = 0.003; SRM: HR 1.7, p = 0.03).

For the multi-rate stimulus ([1234]; compare filled orange triangles), all participants, with the exception of MED06 and possibly MED05, assigned higher pitch ranks to the LD than to the SD version, and this difference was highly significant at the group level ( t (7) = 5.79, p = 0.0007**, d = 2.0).

The study showed a highly significant reduction in recurrence ( p = 0.0007) without any adverse effects. 55 Although small, this trial provided early safety data and suggested potential efficacy, paving the way for larger investigations.

The results show a highly significant effect of male genotype on insemination rates (X 2 = 14.437; d.f. = 2; p = 0.0007) but no effect of female origin (X 2 = 1.572; d.f. = 2; p = 0.4556) or interaction between the sexes (X 2 = 0.747; d.f. = 1; p = 0.3873).

For 85 ccRCC patients treated with Sunitinib in the IMmotion 150 cohort, the DKC1-high group exhibited significantly increased TERC expression (high vs low, P = 0.014); however, a highly significant increase was seen in female ( P = 0.0007) but not male ( P = 0.18) patients (Fig. 5 B).

Interestingly, IL-27 levels showed a moderate (R = 0.3781) albeit highly significant ( p = 0.0007) correlation with sPD-L1 levels, suggestive of a potential role for IL-27 in PD-L1 upregulation in vivo ( Figure 3 B).

The survival analysis showed a statistically highly significant difference in all three key oncologic indicators OS, OS-PO, and PFS-PO (p=0.0007; p=0.0002; p<0.0001).

Although of borderline significance and hypothesis generating, after correction for the 90 TFs assayed, there was evidence for enrichment of SPI1 (alias PU.1), ( P =0.0007, P adjusted =0.063), which regulates PRDM1 and its downregulation is required for MM cell growth 19 .

Moreover, we found a highly significant positive correlation of the network gamma oscillations (power×duration) with the SWR-area increase (R = 0.58, n = 30, p=0.0007) and no correlation with the SWR incidence (R = −0.28, n = 30, p=0.14).

There was highly significant interaction between dietary treatment and storage time for a* ( p = 0.0007) and chroma ( p = 0.0472).

However, there was a highly significant association between CD9 expression and tumour grade ( P =0.0007).

The 2 h postprandial glucose level was 7.03 ± 2.20 mmol/L in Caucasians and 8.11 ± 2.17 mmol/L in South Asians, showing a highly significant difference ( p = 0.0007). 3.4.

In addition, worse liver activity grade (A2-A3) had a very highly significant association with non-responder HCV patients compared to those with better liver activity grade (A1) (95% confidence: 2.242 - 20.974, P = 0.0007).

The test for subgroup differences was highly significant (Q = 19.26, df = 4, p = 0.0007), confirming differential efficacy by concentration. 3.8.

In accord, we observed far fewer falls from the pole at 120 days in the 5b than placebo group, and the 2‐way ANOVA showed a highly significant interaction of pole duration and treatment ( F 2,33 = 9.084, p = 0.0007) .

One-way ANOVA showed a highly significant difference in the anxiety score based on respondent's monthly income ( P = 0.0007).

Second, we excluded each individual participant at a time (while the others remained in the multiple regression model), which showed that the effect of Value-feedback remained highly significant throughout (mean P -value = 0.0007, weakest P -value = 0.003 when excluding patient 4).
