Twenty-four GST peptide isoforms were identified under seven different classes with a highly significant protein-protein interaction between GST groups and within other detoxification metabolism-related peptides ( p -value < 1.0 × 10 −16 ).

Of these, 1495 genes are detectably expressed in our lines, and 1079 (72.2%) are classified as DE between the species in both data sets (a highly significant enrichment; χ 2 p < 10 −16 ).
ChIP-seq showed there was a highly significant correlation ( p values < 10 −16 ) between ER binding fold changes induced by the addition of elacestrant or fulvestrant in the three cell lines tested (Pearson correlations with p values <10 −16 ; 0.78 MCF7, 0.47 MCF7-LTED wt and 0.60 MCF7-LTED Y537C ) especially in regions where there was increased ER binding after treatment versus E2 (Fig. 4A ).

To validate the biological significance of this manually compiled pathway, we applied STRING protein–protein interaction enrichment analysis, which confirmed highly significant interaction for the RORC consensus pathway (expected number of edges: 11, observed number of edges: 83, enrichment p < 10 −16 ).
For the secretome of ET-eMSC, the enrichment of low and high abundance proteins was highly significant ( p < 10 −16 ).
The resulting network comprised 308 nodes and 3649 edges, with an average node degree of 23.7, a local clustering coefficient of 0.494, and a highly significant PPI enrichment p -value < 1.0 × 10 −16 , indicating robust protein–protein associations beyond random expectation ( Figure S2 ).
However, larger differences were observed between organs that were highly significant ( P < 10 −16 for all four targets).
The interaction between fingertip ROI and stimulation condition was highly significant ( F 16,80 = 71.7, P < 10 −16 , Greenhouse‐Geisser correction: F 1,5 = 71.7, P < 10 −3 ).
We did a survival analysis with the 82 commonly downregulated genes in lung cancer using KM plotter, and an extremely significant favorable outcome was associated with higher expression of the set of genes (H = 0.35, p < 1 × 10 −16 ) in lung cancer patients ( Figure 4 C).

We have applied a statistical test and found that all of the comparisons of short gene expression to longer gene expression are highly significant (p-values <10-16, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test).

Acquisition and analysis of intersection targets of ROSA and CHIKV- The PPI analysis of the CHIKV disease target network revealed a total of 502 nodes and 1,386 edges, with a highly significant p-value of < 1.0e-16 ( Figure 2A ).
The resulting network showed a highly significant interaction among the proteins (p value < 1.0e −16 ).
In particular, there was a highly significant overlap ( p < 1E-16, one-sided Fisher’s exact test) between the top 56 enriched cytobands from the CBTN cohort and a top set of 79 enriched cytobands from the PCAWG cohort, involving 29 cytobands (Figure S1e).
Protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis using STRING ( Szklarczyk et al., 2019 ) revealed that the hub proteins, including MSN, EZR, C1qa, a key component of the complement cascade, and GFAP, belong to a PPI network with highly significant interactions (p-value = 1.0e-16) ( Figure 4 B).
In other words, organisms sampled from a defined skin habitat were more similar to each other in 16S sequence than expected for a global background; this enrichment was statistically highly significant (p<<10 −16 , one-sided Mann-Whitney-U test, see Table S1 ).
The correlation between RNA-seq fold changes computed on the data from day 2 versus that from day 4 was highly significant (r = 0.50, P<10 −16 , Figure S2A ).
